I had a horrible experience with UPS. I had a delivery from Costco that I was waiting on. The first day that it was supposed to be delivered, I made sure someone was home all day and watching for it. I received a delivery attempted notification but no one had knocked on my door (I have very knock reactive dogs) and there was no paper notice left. The second day, the same thing happened - I had someone home all day and this time I was in the driveway of my home getting home from work when they supposedly attempted to deliver. Again, no knock and no paper notice. I called customer service and they could not tell me why they were not able to complete delivery and could not add that they call my phone number if they could not deliver the next time. They could only say that it would definitely be delivered the next day for sure and continue to say that the driver did try to deliver my packages. Today, sure enough, delivery was completed just fine, no signature required or anything. Why couldn't the packages just be left on my porch the first two attempted deliveries if they didn't need a signature? I honestly don't think that the driver even attempted to deliver the first two days. If they couldn't make it that day - that's fine, just say that it needed to be rescheduled due to running out of time that day or something. Don't gaslight me and say that they absolutely tried to deliver and the missed delivery was my fault when it 100% was not.

You have the worst drivers of any courier service in the area. Your drivers essentially make the least effort as humanly possible. They do not call the customer's phone, they do not use the buzzer on apartment buildings, they do not knock on doors, all they do is pretend to show up and issue an attempted delivery notice. They are the worst. I have filed numerous complaints but it is the same story over and over. You suck. You should be replaced by the more competent couriers. Bye.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have had the displeasure of having to talk to the staff at this location 3 times. Every time they are rude and show zero empathy. I missed a delivery and replied to an email from UPS asking them to move the item to a different distribution centre for pick up. They ignored this request and sent my item back to Quebec and they couldn't care less. NEVER proactively use UPS. Thankfully we have lots of other options (Purolator, DHL, Fedex!).

They rang ONCE and never came back for a second or 3rd delivery attempt. After calling customer support several times they gave me the same story "its coming tomorrow", "its already at the warehouse", "someone will call in an hour". Nobody called me at all, no one with actual eyes on the package confirmed anything. One of their agents even claimed the warehouse number wasn't working!! — I had to waste my time calling the each day to start the whole ordeal over and over again. To top it all off, when they finally tried to transfer me over to a supervisor, they got it wrong and sent me to TECH SUPPORT instead. What an utter fiasco. Unbelievable. UPS is truly one of the worst delivery companies out there. Beware, they will most likely lose your package and try to cover it up with every excuse in the book before attempting to investigate into the matter. I wouldn't even trust them to deliver my toilet paper. Avoid them at all costs!!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This depot has sent my packages out repeatedly and always says they’ve attempted to deliver but can’t. They’re flat out lying, as I’ve taken days and days off work to be home waiting for packages and they never show up, no slip, nothing. Customer service simply promises to contact the centre and send someone back out who never arrives. I ask to have my packages sent to a store instead and still the drivers “try” multiple more times to deliver to the home address they seem unwilling or incapable of delivering too. Absolute worst experience imaginable from every single package ever handled through this location.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I was at My girlfriends house and the UPS driver rang the doorbell. She had received multiple packages and he did not want to leave them in the rain and offered to load them into the garage as they were decently sized. I jokingly asked if he would take a package to Guelph for me and he told me he had no issue doing so. Then he took the package and I asked for his name so I could write this review for him.
