My whole experience after a collision has been a nightmare, but Nigel and his team have been nothing but kind and extremely helpful. It started from Cole who initially towed my car and was so helpful and kind immediately after the accident. Frankly, I was blown away by the level of customer service that when I was asked about the accident by friends and family, my experience with Cole was one of the top things I wanted to talk about. Initially, I thought maybe I got lucky with a really good employee but when I called the company for an update and started dealing with Nigel it was quickly apparent that this was the culture throughout. Nigel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with more information and communication than my insurance company. But moreover, he was incredibly transparent and I am extremely appreciative for it.

Great service. I was just in a recent collision and young and kings towing came to the scene and were very efficient to get the vehicles off of the highway. The tow truck driver who helped with my vehicle was very friendly and professional and explained everything that would be happening with my vehicle. While it was stored in their yard, Nigel was always very accommodating to provide me access to the vehicle to get my belongings and was always very helpful. Everyone that I dealt with within the company were always very friendly

Nigel helped me after a really stressful accident on the highway. He was warm and reassuring, and helped me navigate everything with the police and the rental company. He did not leave until I was safely in my rental car and driving away. Since then he has been available to answer questions and help the insurance process go smoothly. Sometimes you go through something awful, but meeting wonderful people makes it so much better. My experience with Nigel was like this- I recommend this company to anybody, and I will never be calling anyone else if I need help again. That business card is never leaving my car!

I and my husband met with a collision and Nigel was just passing by, and he saw us on the street, stuck in this situation. He was extremely helpful and helped us tow our vehicle. He took care of everything while we were in a state of complete shock, he guided us in terms of next steps, what to expect and how to deal with the car rental company, insurance claims etc. He even dropped us at the nearest train station and made sure we would reach back safely. Highly recommend Young Kings and so good to know that people like Nigel exist!

We got caught in an eight car accident on the 401 (everyone was okay), Nigel was our tow truck driver and he was immediately helping us with everything we needed. He towed us to the nearest on route and got us a rental vehicle within 15 minutes. He sent our truck to a shop and had it fixed properly and effectively.
