I have had a few storage units in and around the area and this one would have to be my best experience. I have dealt with Carol on multiple occasions for little issues that I myself needed dealt with (none that pertained to the unit itself) and she was so quick to help. I would recommend this store unit to anybody if they’re looking for one.

**Renter Beware**

My experience with this storage facility was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I encountered several issues that have made clear this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

1. **Misleading Unit Sizes**: I rented a 5x10 unit, but upon measuring, I found it to be closer to 4x9. Despite reaching out and waiting for a response from management, I was offered no refund or compensation for the first three months of my lease.

2. **Inadequate Climate Control**: The climate-controlled units are poorly ventilated. My unit grew mold, was professionally cleaned, and then moved into a larger unit in the same building. Unfortunately, mold reappeared there as well. I was told this was due to moving in during the winter, but after the same issue occurred a second time, it’s clear that ventilation and climate control are major problems. As this company is privately owned, their facilities are not inspected by Public Health or the city of Niagara.

3. **Unexpected Rent Increase**: As if these issues weren’t enough, my rent was increased with less than a week’s notice while dealing with the mold problem. This was both frustrating and unprofessional.

To top it off, during this whole ordeal, upper management posted a five-star review on Google for their own company, which only added to my sense of dissatisfaction. There's a reason they’re offering a 50% off promotion – renter beware.

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. The lack of transparency, poor facility conditions, and disrespectful customer service have left me extremely disappointed
