You should offer pick up for local customers (from book outlet). I could have driven to the warehouse and gotten my order weeks ago. Now im stuck dealing with a sketchy last mile delivery company, absolute nightmare. Please choose better delivery partners in the future.

My books all arrived quickly and in almost perfect condition. I highly recommend if you’re looking for books at a great discounted price. Some have minor “flaws” such as an ink dot on the edge or ever so slightly banged up on a corner. To be expected when you’re paying so little for popular titles. Thank you book depot!

I went to the book depot to give an estimate for the cleaning job for my company, Superkleen Janitorial. Very nice gentleman showed me around. But that was over a week ago, so I'm assuming we didn't get the job. But thank you for the opportunity.

Great selection and fast delivery. I do miss the retail store, not just for the overall experience of browsing but because I could select the copy I wanted to buy. Two items I received recently were quite damaged ( bent and creased covers) they were the sort of item that would have cost no more than 2-5 $ in the retail store’s scratch and dent section, but I paid twice that for each. Nonetheless, at least this great local resource is still around in some form.

*for drivers* shipping and receiving is on the right side of dock one (entrance off Front Street N). Open the door and walk straight infront of you, you'll see the sign hanging from the roof that says shipping with a arrow. (must check-in before backing into a dock). People here are very friendly especially Zac. He gave me a run down of all the local spots including a grocery store and Tim Hortons. Location is pretty easy to get to. Took just over an hour to be unloaded with a full 53' trailer.

Love deals! Got a normally $50.00 book for $5.00, this place is well worth dropping by.

I have been to this book depot more than once; it by far has the best prices and quality when it comes to books. This place is the Costco of book stores.

Pros:
• Pricing (hands down if you’re looking for a deal, this is the place to buy books)
• Atmosphere
• Great staff

Cons:
• Selection of books (they usually never have the first book in a series)
