Worst experience I could ever imagine I can’t wait to take these clowns to court and see what happens. Everyone I dealt with was so unprofessional I have no clue how they represent such a large corporation. Mj Schmidt seems like she doesn’t even read emails prior to responding…. Also my ubox after finally receiving it was so destroyed whoever put it together needs some help with very basic construction. Not to mention a lot of my things were wet so clearly it’s not waterproof like they claim. I’ll get my money back don’t worry 😉

Worst experience ever. What a load of crap. Quite literally.
We had been using uhaul for two years, paying monthly even when they upped the charges more than once. We kept our stuff in storage cause we were living with my in-laws until we could afford our own place(me and my family).
It was such a waste of money using their storage unit. Complete waste. When we moved out last week, we noticed there had been a rat infestation in our unit. And what did uhaul do? Nothing. That could care less. We had insurance and everything and they would reimburse us for all the damage that was caused. We lost all our furniture. Couches, dining table, crib, changing table, like 70% of our things was ruined and we had to throw them out. We're so upset with how they handled everything. They have taken no responsibility. We'll never be using Uhaul again and we've told our families about the situation and they're never going to use uhaul again. We should probably just sue to get some money since they won't otherwise.

Amazing service from the team at U-Haul 72 Vine St, especially the two ladies who assisted on Sunday afternoon, 11 Aug. Unfortunately, I didn't take their names but would like to compliment them on their stellar service and friendliness. All the call center agents were also very helpful and professional. I'll definitely be making use of U-Haul in the future. Easy, efficient and affordable

Very happy with the service, trucks are in good condition, and the staff is very nice. They checked the truck for something I forgot and held it for me while I drove back 🙂 reliable staff and good security system as well, lots of cameras etc.

Pickup and drop-off at the Vine St., St. Catharines location were seamless. U-Haul explained in detail what my costs would be. No hidden costs or surprises when it came to pay. Would definitely use them again
