日本人一人旅、トロントからナイアガラの滝まで、高速バス(たしかグレイハウンド)に乗って行きました。

今調べたら2時間と書いてありますが、精神的にはもっと長かったように感じます。

景色も大したことないです。

そして意外と混みます。自分が乗った時は満席でした。隣に座ってきた赤毛のザッカーバーグみたいなやつ(たぶん大学生)が、ずっと肩がぶつかってきててすごいイラつきました笑

途中のどっかの大学の近くで降りたので、多分大学生かと思います

何を言いたいかと言うと、(恋人と二人で隣同士！とか、今日はすいてる！とかならまだ良いかもしれないですが)あまり楽しいバス旅は期待しない方が良いのでは無いかということです。

Travelled from Union Station Trimmings to Sudbury and bus left on time. Driver was really courteous and I was in the terminal waiting from 8am until 11:30pm for my bus. It was a beautiful new building and luckily free Wi-Fi to help please the hours I had to wait by watching movies using the free Wi-Fi on my phone. It was very comfortable and nice to have places to grab a bite to eat as well. Nothing but good to say about my time there.

All drivers were very nice and the staff at the stations. I don't like to drive anymore so this is very convenient way to travel. They follow covid safety guidelines. So there's no need to worry.

Terrible bus line - the express bus from Barrie to Toronto now takes half an hour longer than it used to and the price is exorbitant - over $30 one way! We used to take the hour long express all the time but now it just isn't worth it anymore! It's also at least half an hour late every single time so it ends up being a two hour ordeal just Barrie to Toronto! Pathetic!

I had to make a fast trip from Toronto to Manitoulin Island during the covid lockdown and Northland was the only bus running that route. The price was a great surprise and the drivers were just amazing. Really friendly and helpful. Comfy seats. Good rest stops. Wifi! and Electrical outlets. Clean and people were spaced far apart. I will definitely use this company again.

I am pretty sure I will be one of the few reviews that this location gets, but how they conduct business should absolutely be commented on. I have a friend who has used this bus transportation service several times over the past 8 months. He is physically disabled and in constant pain because of his physical issues. Several occasions, when he boarded this bus he was not allowed "disability seating" because it hadn't been "pre-booked" The driver didn't override this ridiculous hoop of a rule to help a person in pain. His last trip, down which was the 9:45 am from Gravenhurst to Toronto on Sunday, September 25th was his worst experience. Again, he was not accommodated seating wise. (The GO Bus does this without needing per-authorization, its called "using your eyes") the female bus driver he had for this trip was atrocious. While exiting the bus, he had to pause due to a bad spasm in his lower back and she barked at him to "just get off the bus" when he moved and was able to do so, he asked her for help removing his bags (which consisted of 2 wheeled valises, and a sizable backpack. Her reply was "Get them yourself" perhaps this company doesn't think the trip from Gravenhurst to Toronto merits training in customer service, I beg to differ. Do i believe that a different route by this company is better because it doesn't begin in a less than professional area. Nah. Avoid this failure of a company.

Took the bus at 7:15pm today. There was a dumb edgy teenager blasting screamo metal music through his cellphone the entire trip. Wasn’t sure whether or not he was wearing headphones, but it was loud and clear on the whole bus. The bus driver (old guy with glasses) could not have possibly not noticed it. I think a female passenger even mentioned it to him early on during the trip. He chose not to do anything about the kid. Negligence at its best. It’s funny how this shop is so strict on their ticket purchasing/refund rules but does not give one f about what happens on the bus. Take the money and just not care anymore about your customers lol nice business model
