Browns moved me from North Bay to Kingston.
They said they would take care of everything and they were true to thier word.
They were the best part of my move.
They wrapped all the furniture and took down and put up the beds, put all furniture where I wanted.

Horrible service! Cause damage! The movers were subcontracted from Leon's furniture in North Bay. They were to come and remove an old fridge and bring in a new one in. Upon moving the old fridge out they scraped my dark chocolate hardwood floors from the top of the stairs all the way down. The worst part is they called in a third guy to help them move the old fridge out, and the guy that called in the third guy just stood there and watched them move the fridge! They also didn't even use a blanket to protect the stairs!?

There was numerous fluff balls after they moved the fridge from the top of my stairs down. I thought there was no damage done until I sweeped it and saw the damage. I tried to ask for the damaged form I signed back immediately and the worker refused! There was quite a bit of a damage done to the flooring! They sent workers and the owner of Browns moving to come in and observe the damage! They apologized for the damage done and said they would have someone in to fix the damage in a few months to. Almost a year later and I haven't heard back from them. I contacted Leon's who contacted Brown's moving and they're just ignoring me at this point!

The worst part is the worker that came into look at the damage and brown himself/ owner we're extremely unprofessional! They kept stating and telling me horrible things about the worker that scratchee the stairs and that they fired him! It was extremely unprofessional! And then I see the same worker apparently that they fired driving the Browns moving truck around North Bay still to this day! Personally I think it was just an accident but the company was extremely unprofessional lie about coming in to fix their pairs and then Stonewall you!

If you want damage done to your home and a company refusing to fix the damage this company would be your best bet! Other than that I would definitely hire another moving company! Horrible, horrible service, and extremely unprofessional!

I had "Vans Moving", move my entire house and they were amazing! No damage done! Extremely professional! Maybe contact Vans cuz this company is extremely horrible!

Very friendly and helpful. Our TV stand we ordered was broken at the Leon’s warehouse so Leon’s substituted with the floor model without confirming with us. The floor model had some noticeable scratches which the owner of the delivery company pointed out to us. He offered to take it back so we can get a new replacement or have Leon’s refund us $100. If we need anything moved in the future we will be contacting Browns!

Browns was amazing!! Moving arrangements didn't quite work out last weekend, had less than 24hrs to move, and no one to help. I called them in the middle of the night, and they had me moved less than 12hrs later, great price too. I have a heart condition, was worried about lifting things, but the boys did all the work, they were so sweet, and so good with my stuff. Really just a great all around company, would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use their services again!!!

He told me when I was moving so i hustle around to get everything organized with a hours notice and then his guys show up then turn around and leave......without a care the says 45 minutes later that they saw some needles laying around so it's unsafe......I looked everywhere ...I couldn't find any so he got fired his cheque got cancelled and that's it for brown moving....some guys will say and do anything to get outta work early.....just more north bay of the normal north bay money for nothing bad attitude. Bad ethics no integrity ....I can't stand liars ...and he's a big one

I have called 3 times today they are pretending to not be Brown’s. First a woman and then a man. Left a VM as well confirmed it is correct number. They don’t realize that I’m the first party that has been given an approval to pay them a great deal of money in a week from now. They loose

I called to get a quote for a friend whose move was to be paid through a 3rd party. The owner was adamant she pay half the move upfront and said the agency could pay the entire amount at the time of delivering
her stuff to her new address. I wanted to make sure she would get her money back as a result of the 3rd party picking up the bill. He said it wasn't refundable. That to me seems dishonest and crooked. He would have made an additional 50%. Obviously my friend was in need of assistance and that's why she qualified in the first place. Now he's ok with robbing her. If this is how business is conducted, I'd hate to see what would of happened to her stuff.
