We traveled on March 24, 2025 from North Bay to Pearson during one of the worst snow events of the season. Our driver was on time for pick up and did an amazing job navigating the horrendous road conditions. We felt totally safe with him behind the wheel. Despite the conditions he got us there on time.
Very pleasant driver on the drive down and the return 2 weeks later. Vehicle was very clean and well maintained.
Will definitely utilize this service in the future.

Northern Airport Service has been my tried and trusted transportation to Pearson for the last 3 years. The drivers are always so friendly, especially Cosmo who is always smiling and ready to help. Cannot recommend enough!

What a great service! I was pleased to have an alternate way back to North Bay after the accident at Pearson and all flights were cancelled. Very comfortable ride and our driver John was amazing!

I always take this transport when I come back to Canada. Always quick, and friendly. I commend our driver John as the shuttle had am issue which he resolved on the side of the road in15 minutes. We were still early getting to the airport even with the delay.

Unfortunately, we were not able to use the service. When we originally booked by phone, we were told that there is a $25 cancellation fee, which we understood and accepted. However, when our plans changed and we cancelled, we were told that in addition to the cancellation fee we would only receive a credit good for 1 year for the remaining amount. We ware not going to use this credit as we are not going to be in the area they service within the next year. I do now see this policy on their website, but it was not what were told when we booked. We cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and multiple days before the service would have been used. This seems to be an unnecessarily restrictive policy, and given what we were told on the phone, we feel like we were misled.

Updating to respond. We did call and speak to a person at the company who explained the cancelation fee and provided guidance on available space for the date selected. To imply otherwise, as this business is doing, is dishonest.

Round trip from Bracebridge to Pearson was on time, excellent service. I felt safe and comfortable with the drivers and the vehicle was clean and in great condition. I will definitely use this reliable service when travelling. Thank you for being a part of my first travel experience on my own a win.

Absolutely tremendous customer service. My flight was delayed multiple times and I sent an email to Northern to notify them, and they were already tracking my progress. I got to customs 5 minutes after the scheduled shuttle departure, and they gave me a phone call to help me navigate my way to their shuttle services. (hint: for international, exit customs, exit baggage claim, and then take an escalator down until you are in section P, Q, R, S, etc. The shuttle service is in airport section P)

The shuttle is comfy, quiet, well driven, and pleasant.
