Had a driver shaking his Hands at me crossing the street near the hospital. Then he speed off tired spinning. Pat is disrespectful but I quess he is allowed because he is a big business man.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I hired 2 vehicles with drivers to provide a drive-home service for a wedding in September 2023. Ryan was great to deal with on the booking, all costs explained, the drivers showed up on time, and provided drives for our guests from 9:30 pm to 1:30pm. This service provided me with peace of mind that guests could enjoy themselves and have a safe way home. Guests were thrilled with to have this available to them! 10/10 service, reliability, value for money! Thanks guys!

Dwayne, our driver, is professional, personable and his service is top notch My family was stranded by the highway due to a car breakdown. We were in transit to supportive ER vet care for our pet in Kanata. Dwayne and Vincent's taxi went above and beyond to help us get there and back during a difficult time. We highly recommend Vincent's Taxi. We are so grateful for the service we received.

I have always had good service when I get a taxi here. The problem was with the limo. We rented a limo for a wedding on a +40 degree day. It was to take us from Renfrew to whitelake and back. The driver was very kind and professional but the ac didn't work. We were told that it would work while driving but it only spit out very hot air. So in a vehicle crammed with 8 people, some started getting heat stroke because it was so hot and there was no reprieve. If we had been told there was no ac we would not have rented it. Nothing against the people at all, but being forthcoming about no ac on one of the hottest days of the year would have been nice.

Vincent's taxi provides good service at a reasonable price... Until today it was $8 a trip to anywhere around Renfrew... today it was $9 to anywhere around Renfrew. I can't complain! they usually arrive within 5 to 10 minutes of ordering and drivers are very socialible... An excellent service for the community! Let's keep supporting local 😁
