New update on how on point this company and employees are, Jack has been consistent with deliverys even if the workload is large. He's been a great driver so shout out to him. And the staff in the office has been fantastic as well. Totally recommend this service because the staff is great in the office and the drivers are stellar if you get the right one ( jack mvp ) that being said, the charge for delivery is pretty high, pretty much more worth it to walk to your local corner store. I'll still use occasionally but not often. Delivery times are still long due to mass orders. So expect an hour or so during peek hours

Ive been using B&D for a while now, and they are amazing!
Excellent customer service, drivers are super friendly, will call if there's any issues for possible substitutes.
Would highly recommend B&D to anyone looking to order beer etc within KW.

I recently ordered from B&D and was really impressed with the delivery experience from Jack. The beer arrived quick and cold, which is always a plus. Everything was packaged securely, and the presentation was great. I appreciate the effort that went into making sure my order was correct. I've been using this service for years and I've had nothing but good experiences with it personally. The drivers and personnel are always friendly, efficient, and have no problem communicating with customers. I've never had to wait more than an hour for my orders even in terrible weather conditions.
