We were three adults and a toddler. Got a same day booking for buffalo from water loo. Clean and very well kept car. Our Driver Tesfom in car 79 was a great professional and drove smooth. Was on time. We were very pleased by the entire experience and will definitely highly recommend this service.

Had one of the taxi drivers (some old lady) aggressively honking at me to turn on a red light with oncoming traffic in the way and making rude hand gestures at me. Continued to go in the same direction and tried to merge in front of me when there was no room and then made more rude gestures. Very disrespectful driver especially in a vehicle marked with the company name. License plate was DCNT 619. Would not recommend if they dont follow simple road laws and courtesy.

Generally speaking I have been happy with the service to both Toronto and Breslau airports. I am writing to warn other pet owners though of my latest experience. I booked a ride to Breslau for a Westjet flight to Calgary leaving at 6 am. I reserved a 4am the day before stating I have a small dog that would remain in the soft sided crate used for the plane. The next morning at 4 am waiting outside for pickup I received a call that they didn't have a pet friendly vehicle available and I should pursue other options. So at 4 am I thankfully used the Uber app who arrived very promptly and got us to Breslau on time. So just a heads up for traveller's with pets to have a plan B. I was very disappointed and surprised at the poor communication.

Worst service in the world… put on hold for 5 mins… then the driver says they are slow….
Second trip of the day the driver states he was at my pick up location and I waited for 20 mins after 3 phones calls… then the driver was extremely rude and states he has proof and points to his camera… I asked to see the footage and he refused… use uber it’s cheaper faster and the drivers are way nicer

Waterloo taxi is the best. Kudos to Chuck for arranging our ride home from Hamilton Airport in such a professional and timely manner. Both of our drivers, Kitchener to Toronto and Hamilton to Kitchener were on time, courteous and helpful with our luggage. Thank you again Waterloo Taxi. We definitely will be using your service again.

I was picked up by waterloo taxi yesterday. Evening, April 8th from Pearson Airport. I came out late as the Flight was late. Upon arrival to Taxi, the taxi driver was very rude, dis courteous and angry person. He didn't let me sit in the front seat and drove very angerly. All this was due to late flight. I will not recommend Waterloo Taxi at least for Airport pick /drop services.

We sent my brother in law who is on the spectrum home in a taxi today and when he arrived home the door to his house was locked and he started to run away. The taxi driver, Jan who was driving car #4 was amazing and called us straight away and relayed where he was running as she stayed and watched until we were able to make it to his location. If you see this thank you so much again Jan you're an amazing person!

Don't use this company!! They are terrible at what they do.
I missed my flight because they failed to show up 👎
I had a really bad experience with them. I booked a car to take me to the airport, not only that they did not show up they also yelled at me for calling to complain about the poor service. I had similar experience in the past where the driver was so rude that i had to jump out of the car.
