I truly love this service. As someone who is disabled and cannot always walk places and I do not drive, it has been such an amazing service for me. The dispatchers are so kind and helpful. All the delivery people have been amazing and easy to talk to. Everyone's friendly and smiling. Such an amazing addition to the hub.

Yes , I just called done rite , I’ve always used there services . Now mistakenly , I supposedly asked for a cab? I did not , I was telling him the address of where to deliver it . the rude gentleman that answered the phone , hung up on me for my mistake “ he said goooodbye” in the rudest voice . I called back and said listen you had no right to hang up on me , he said “this calls being recorded” I kept my cool I didn’t swear or anything and he still wouldn’t listen to me. So everyone this company is great don’t get me wrong but the gentleman on the phone should be fired or shouldn’t be dealing with customers , Wouldn’t let me talk or nothing , terrible customer service !!!!!

Normally is good, but a couple weeks ago I had specifically asked for them not to get a specific brand and did so anyway which cost me an extra 30 dollars

This business is proving to be old fashioned customer service at a reasonable price, Every driver I have dealt with has been so personable...they seem like old friends who are pleased to see you again
Honest...I had a confusing order for us both and I over payed and NEVER would have been the wiser and she came back with the extra money I paid her as soon as she caught it, it was $50 so I was eternally grateful
They bring local businesses to customers instead of the other way round and there should be a personal thank you to Done Rite on the wall of many many businesses for service they never would have got otherwise. Business is booming in Truro because DONE RITE is....DONE RIGHT
It doesn't matter how busy Joe is...he is ALWAYS patient and kind...something I appreciate so much
If Joe wants to take a break I wouldn't be surprised if he has to have his phone surgically removed from his ear ha ha!
Any company is only as good as their employees......Joe your drivers are top drawer
If you want to know a person, look at their friends.....Joe, if your only friends were your drivers
They would speak clearly and highly of your integrity as a family, and business man.

Whoever the delivery guy was didn’t bring a card reader and then left for 2 hours and didn’t come back, so I just had to cancel my order. I was really hoping you guys would be better than Hubtown.
