The lady in dispatch was very rude to me both times I used their service. 3rd time taxi didn't even show up for 40 mins when i was told that it will be available with 15. Very rude customer service. The drivers are fine though.

My experience with Layton's Taxi has been nothing but good so far. Dispatcher was nice (obviously very busy, but not rude), the drivers have been great. I tend to book my taxi in advance, but today when I called for a taxi I was told 10-15 mins and it was right around 10-15 mins that the driver showed up. Based on my experiences so far, I would recommend Layton's. 🙂

Always leaving earlier than the time booked, missing me, saying they were there but left 5 minutes earlier. Lady on the phone is snarky and rude as hell, threatening to not book me again.

Cars are always dirty, sometimes with people actively smoking in them, including the driver.
The roof top interior of the cars are sometimes STAPLED in to the top with a staple gun all over, with strange stains on the seats in the back…

Makes me late for classes, and prices are always different. Feels like I have to bargain every time with the driver to get a consistant rate from the same place.

I’ve dealt with these issue for over 3 years with them. Tired of it and fed up.

Go with G&D Taxis, this place doesn’t value its customers.

The drivers are great most of the time, have seen one smoking a cigarette in the car though and the same guy even tossed a butt into my yard and the lady was extremely rude when I called

Glad to have this taxi service in our town which makes it easier to travel .. I have seen many bad comments but no one is appreciating their hard work .. all drivers are very nice and kind 👍I wish Everyone should give review to inspire more people to help the community 💕

Can drivers will rear end you cause they don't pay attention while driving the drivers are always driving while on the phone almost running people over or crashing while your in the car literally the worst taxi service would not recommend to anyone would just say walk instead also they will tell you that you can bring a bike then you wait for 30 minutes just for the driver to say he won't take the bike and waste your time of o could give negative stars I would it's the shittiest taxi company around

There was a group of us walking by this taxi stand today. It was very disappointing to hear the foul mouth on this woman who was working there. Please train your staff to be business like.

Very long wait and dispatcher was very rude. She told me 20 minutes wait. After waiting for 30 minutes I called again and she said taxi is on the way. After again waited for 45 minutes and called her again and she said no one has cleared. When the driver will clear then I will send for you. Why you didn't tell me when I called you second time. Finished my job an hour ago and waited for taxi for an hour.
