Brought my IPad 9th gen here for a screen replacement, they couldn’t answer my questions about the type of screen they’d be installing - I didn’t receive a call when it was “ready” so I walked in when I was nearby and they told me it was finished and they they were even able to make sure the home button still worked. When I tested it after leaving, the home button didn’t work, and the battery never charged again
. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out till a couple weeks later as I don’t use the iPad other than for creative projects, and it wouldn’t charge. I opened it up to see if they missed a wire and was able to see that a ribbon came loose, however it has been sliced and with the time passed I don’t think I’ll be able to bring it back, just a tip to others: when you pick up your devices please check the charging ports and basic operations are running smoothly. I paid over 100$ to break my device, overall a loss of approx 500$

Wish I ordered the screen myself as usual, but was able to spare the money at the time and didn’t want to fuss with it. 🙁
