Not reliable at all. If they say they're coming they may show up 5 hours early or 2 hours late. Make sure you don't have to work when you order because it took 2 days for them to deliver

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Excellent and prompt service!! Called minutes before 5pm yesterday due to a sudden dry well. They did pick up even being almost 5 pm. The person on the phone was very helpful and quick. He scheduled it for the next morning. The truck driver was very nice and friendly and he was here even earlier than what were told, which was great! They texted me to let me know that they were on their way as well.

There has been numerous issues with various drivers at the water shed near the school parking lot altercation where the drivers are blasting there horns at mothers picking up their kids from school with babies in their arms, hanging out the windows giving women the finger for being parked to close to “there filling spot” intimidating women and their young children at the there vehicle windows. It’s a shame to see a business operate in this manner . I would highly recommend anyone reading this to look for another water provider. Absolute disgrace

We had Priority Water come to fill up our pool. They came with short notice and the service was exceptional. Rick called in advanced of arriving, was knowledgeable, and got it done quickly. We cannot thank these guys enough! They filled up our new pool last year in record time! They came back and refilled it when it collapsed and returned again today to top us up in time for my daughters friend to throw her a surprise birthday! Outstanding customer service! Friendly, courteous and very accommodating! Thank you!!!

Absolutely fantastic!
Quick, pleasant, professional, and reliable service from Priority Water. They are truly the nicest people to work with and went above and beyond to help me fill up a pool for my girls.
From the phone call to place an order for delivery to getting the water delivered, Priority Water was amazing and I cannot recommend them enough.

Our pool was installed wrong by contractors, it needed to be fixed and more water delivered. Ron, Jamie, and Peter made it happen on such short notice. Our family is very appreciative of them for going the extra mile and we won’t be using anyone else. Highly recommend!!!
