The cashier today - female, black, short length - curly hair, green dress is the most: discourteous, disrespectful, curt, impolite, mamnerless, patronizing and arrogant person I have ever encountered. Why is this inconsiderate hateful person volunteering at this job if they dispise it so much?! Please stop working if you are going to keep having this problem of an attitude in the public. Just stop!

I find that many items are way over-priced!! A sterling silver ring for 15.99 plus tax is over-the-top in my opinion. The items they sell have been DONATED - so price them as such! Also, if you try to return defective jewelry - you are told, 'sorry, we don't do returns on jewelry items, even though a stone may be missing or some other damage found. Lastly, why do they charge 15% tax? Salvation Army store does not add in tax and they also give a 20% discount to those folks who made a donation.

I feel that I keep writing this same review for a lot of different places lately, but the prices here have shot up - I'd say they have tripled in the last 3 or 4 years now, to the point where it's really not worth shopping here.

I do get some good deals, but they are few and far between. There are some excellent new stores and of course, online shopping now - The thrift stores just aren't keeping up with the economy.

Needed a suit for a job interview and was low on money these kind people helped me out and gave me a full suit and really made sure I looked good for my interview thank you so much I really appreciate it.

I love this store and how they use the money for bibles. Unfortunately they have no change rooms which was a little bit sad. I still try on the clothes over top of my own clothes. They prices are so cheap. I bought 5 clothes for $35. If you donate there you will get 10% off. They also have free biblical resources like bibles at the exit. Parking lot is a decent size. I will be returning. I will not let that put me off. They are doing great things! There is always deals so you can save even more money! I volunteered at the first one that opened in Ontario and was so excited to see one when I moved down to Nova Scotia!

Nice. Store but will not buy anything else for them that’s not returnable,I bought a set of drapes for 14.95 ,they were dirty so I wash them and the backing disintegrated on then to bad to use I followed the instructions to a t ,when I tried to return them for a store credit they refused me ,I also donated a lot of furniture and artiacls when we sold our home and had to downsize but no more ,if this is the way you treat your customers then I won’t be buying anything again from them also the prices are outrageous for used donated secondhand items,not what you’d expect from a business that’s supposed to be Christians and helping the poor in the community.

I went to this store for the first time recently. I was very impressed! The store is clean, bright, and well organized. Books were arranged by type, clothing by size and type, toys were clean and well displayed. The items for sale are better quality than I’m used to seeing at a thrift store but priced very reasonably. I found a few books and I know I could have found more to buy but my time was limited. The staff was friendly and happy. I highly recommend Mission thrift store to anyone and I’ll be back!
