I recently used this cab company for a ride across town, and I was thoroughly impressed. The driver arrived right on time, was extremely courteous, and the vehicle was spotless. The Dispatcher named Gagan was really very polite and helpful. They should get more people like her. Really great cab service. The staff and the drivers are really helpful. I could get the taxi in minutes. There was a girl Gagan who helped me to get taxi. She dispatched the driver in few minutes. Even the driver was very much polite and he dropped me to my exact location. Will really recommend this service to all.

terrible service, taxi was 25 minutes late, i called with 15 minutes of buffer. driver was on a phone call and stopped at the wrong address
I nearly missed a charter bus, plus I took the exact same ride a week ago at 18.40 ( which was fine, although also tardy) and for no seemingly evident reason tried to charge me 20? Had to literally bring it up to not have to pay that. Driver CALLED THE OPERATOR AND ARGUED FOR MINUTES Literally a week difference. Just low effort service and this whole mishap with pricing has ensured I am not going to be using this business. I was explained that it was apparently I didn't pay taxes last time! Either way I can highly recommend against using this service

Terrible service always trying to rip me and my gf off, today they said they'd be 30-35 minutes and we've waited 1.5 hours and called twice, im under the impression its because we canceled a cab yesterday 5 minutes after we called. We only use them because they do debit so we dont need go out of our way to stop in town to pull cash out. One time me and some friends were at the rack in new glasgow, ended up getting a cab together (my friends were going to linacy and i was going 2 minutes up the road) my buddy said he'd cover the cab, it was only a $20-25 cab TOTAL. He gave them $40 and said keep the change just take them up the road, when we pulled in my driveway they tried charging me $20 more dollars. I did not pay it. And ever since they've given me nothing but trouble. They have one good driver. That is it. Hes a nice old man. I cant stand any of the other ones. They lie about times and then will take the long way around just to charge you more. They ignore my calls all the time, extremely rude on the phone. A pathetic rip-off scam company. They've immigrated here and brought their scams with them. Don't forget anything in their vehicles I've heard they will take money from your wallets too.

Have been using Prime continously. I myself is an immigrant and wanted to support the new business. (All taxi service have the same fee)
But sad to say, I had awful experience with the communicating person on Thursday 17th July 2025.
I called a taxi around 8am and wanted to pick up at 8.20am. The person who responded was very rude. Insisted to call more than 30 minutes before. If they cant send a taxi with in that time it is perfectly ok. But shouldn't be rude.
The driver arrived on time and was a very pleasent person. No complaints against him.
Highly appreciate if you could assign someone with politeness to the post.

Absolutely the best cab company. Every driver is respectful and friendly. Plus being able to tap with your phone to pay is so convenient. I wanted ice cream at 2am, they were here with my ice cream in less than 10 minutes! Worth every penny.
