Update .... we got our car back all fixed , it looks amazing. They have the best customer service and I will recommend them as best shop in the area. Thanks to carstar for the great experience.

My vehicle had more problems when i got it back then when i sent it there. they replaced parts with other used damaged ones they didnt fill my coolant poperly vehicle would not go is reverse they didnt fill my transmission fluid back up they missed putting peices back it cost my insurance another 15000 to fix there work and i still have problems with the vehicle that they wont take ownership for I highly recommend never going there unless you want only paint they also left a spot on my hood from heat and I had grinding or welding splatter on my winshield. If i had enough money I would sue. the place is garbage.

Disgusted, Someone hit my truck and cause a small dent, Carstar told the insurance it would cost $3400. They falsifed paper work, by adding mirror ( not broking) bumper (Not affected) They added stuff that had nothing to do with the ding so they could make extra money. Absolute rip off artists.

They do awesome work repairing auto demage after your vehicle was hit by a deer. But after trying to start my vehicle few days later. I noticed that there was no antifreeze in my radiator and my alternator was seized and it broke my belt when I tried to start it.
Reason for it was because when they replaced the radiator and installed it they didn't put the clamp on far enough causing the antifreeze to blow back on my alternator and seized it.
So what was suppose to only cost me my deductible ended up costing me a lot more because my insurance only deals with these guys.
Beautiful body work, But F grade for some of the most important workmanship.
My deductible was 250$ but the cost of repairing their mistake cost me over double the deductible 👎

Amazing work done here. Had to get the bpdy on my car foxed and they had it done half a day faster and it looked amazing. They even waxed my car and cleaned the entire enterior and left clean clothes folded neatly on my back seat. One thing I love is that there is a warranty on work done there. The people who work here are super friendly and love chatting. If you plays games then they will chat with you for a long time. I recommend this place for body work.

We hit a deer while travelling to NS on vacation. Our insurance company sent us to Carstar New Glasgow to get an estimate. We weren't even paying customers and Paul and the mechanic were FANTASTIC. Super friendly and helpful, helped us with a temporary fix to get back home 16 hours away. Great service, very friendly.
