I personally have used Todd's Taxi, quite frequently, as well as my husband. I thought I locked my fob in our new car, funny in a way, because Florent took Todd's Taxi from Stellarton to Shopper's to open the door for me,in the meantime, the gentleman in the pharmacy came rushing out with the fob AND my sunglasses.. talk about service and a chuckle, ride the Todd's Taxi service...

I received a comment saying today that my country people are giving them trouble the cab driver added that we book a cab and then come whenever we want.. she also said that if “WE” keep doing it like that she will tell us to book someone else.. I personally always book cab night before so they can come on time and then after that still i sometimes wait for them sometimes they are early
If i booked a cab for 12:10 how am i suppose to come at 12 And why would i you came early that has nothing to do with me and specially passing a comment that my country people I really didn’t get that part. And she kept referring as my country people as if she knows everyone is from the same country.
You can’t compare one or two person too the whole community and this lady never gave me my change back she just assumes that the rest is tip for her doesn’t matter how much i give her.

I would surely email the area mayor too see if that is how a public cab driver suppose to say someone and for no valid reason.

A woman came into the store I worked at to return a purchase but she forgot her phone in the cab so she called them using the courtesy phone see if they would bring her phone back to her and they said they would and it would take between 15-30 mins to get here and that was fine but she waited for 2+ hours and nobody showed so she called back and found out they lied and took the phone to their office and they never bothered to let her know. The whole situation was just carelessness on the Cab companys part and I wouldn't recommend.

Have always loved Todd’s taxi until the last one I took. The older lady told me to put my mask on when she was not wearing her own. When I reached my destination I passed her a 50 dollar bill and she refused it. Made me feel very uncomfortable. So I told her I could go get some change and she says “you have 3 minutes” . I got her money and she didn’t even count it out or give my change back. Very rude. Not a good experience.

They have a driver who wears a bandana and if he thinks he can he will try to short your money. WhenI told this to the dispatcher she told me that this individual was the most honest driver they have and she didn't believe me. Then she hung up on me. This company is garbage. Call ANYONE else

Taxi’s are so old and dirty. Service is really slow..wait time is too long and even I saw the drivers smoke inside the cab many times

Reasonably priced service with great drivers.Sometimes a long wait with being forgotten sometimes lol so make sure you call back as a reminder. Needs some improvement for a great service comment.
