Excellent experience! Having my vehicle shipped to Florida for the first time I cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience it was dealing with NICK the driver who called me before he arrived and made arrangements for pick up and subsequently called before delivery in order to make arrangements for drop off! Vehicle arrived dirty but without so much as a scratch! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking to have a vehicle transported!

Great first experience with this company, picked up a 1966 mercury we had shipped to Michigan from Phoenix Arizona, they picked up the car and brought it to London Ontario from Michigan. Mark the driver was great, called and explained he cleared customs and would be at my business the next morning to deliver the car, showed up early and went over the inspection with me. Great guy very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again for all my shipping needs.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle in the USA and shipping it to Canada. Needless to say, I was nervous during the whole process. Oakwood was referred to me by a friend who had used them in the past. Although I had other competitive quotes, I chose Oakwood. EXCELLENT experience. Jody in the office went above and beyond to help with challenges that arose, she ALWAYS answered the phone, I couldn't believe it!!! Always pleasant and with a "I'll get on that, or look into that right away". Then Karl the driver, what can I say, also surprised me with excellent communication from point of pick up to point of delivery. I received a call from Karl before the call from my own friends telling me the car had been delivered and the job completed... Such a breath of fresh air to see companies putting value in good people with great customer service as their goal. From the pickup to delivery communication was constant and spot on. Called us at the airport before we boarded to confirm car made it through customs, called day before to tell us what time they would be delivering and called just before getting to the final destination with no waiting time. We did the snowbird thing with our suv. We were a little nervous but it all worked really well. Lisa answered all our newbie queries. An airline-forced scheduling change was handled without a quibble. Paul, the driver, was great. Friendly, professional and easy to work with. The car arrived at the early end of expectations, and he kept us posted en route. Covid caused us to try this, but skipping the grey, cold, weather-risky drive south makes the cost look pretty reasonable.
