Delicious meals at an affordable price. I often go for the 10 meals for 129 CAD in-store pick up deal and that works really well for me. It makes calories-tracking effortless and I know exactly what goes into my stomach. Great diversity of meals too, so I never get bored. Thank you!

❌Worst experience So high prices but don't match the quality or the quantity !

Bought 1 assorted bagel pack , 1 cheese cake and a veg pizza on 9th .The pizza was good and so was the cheesecake. However, opened the bagels today (11th April) for breakfast. Found out that all of them have fungi😖😖😖Look at the price and look at the product. The date says good to be freezes until 12th April. We're highly disappointed that after paying high prices we are not getting healthy food. Very bad experience. Not cool guys !

Very bad experience. The store had a 40% discount sticker posted on an item and the employee refused to honor it. What's worse is that I only found out after the bill had been paid and found that it didn't match the discount. Very disappointed! Thet just lost a very loyal customer.

I received a gift card for my birthday. After a bit of a challenge placing my online order, I realized some things. The team at Ketolibriyum really do care about customer service. I was quite pleased to find out that they are not just an online store, but that they actually have a store in Oakville. Just 20 minutes from home! I went in to pick up my order, and was greeted by a lovely young lady who worked in the store (I'm so sorry that I don't recall your name). She gave me a tour of their store, and pointed out items that are not on their website. It's a small store, but has so much to offer. Thanks for not letting me slip through the cracks. I'll definitely be back.

I picked up the order last Thursday. I got the Chicken Parmesan, Buffao Chick, Jerk Chicken, Nanaimo and Triple Chocolate & Avocado Aioli (have not tried yet). They were all very good. It exceed my expectation for Keto food. Just refer my sister and she's picking up an order for me and herself on Monday. Looking forward to try the new order.

Love this meal service! Fair price, food is delicious, excellent customer service and it's not uncommon to find bonus or "thank you" items in your delivery. The subscription is easy to use and you can change your meals from week to week. They also make it easy to stop and start your plan as needed, which is especially great around the holidays. Definitely recommend for a busy single or couple trying to stay keto and control portions. Thank you Ketolibriyum Team!

I actually love the food, many of the meals are delicious. However, the logistics of shipping anything into Montreal from Ontario has been unsuccessful. Transit times have sometimes extended over 48 hours with packages arriving with thawed water packs. Traveling in a truck for that amount of time in 30 degrees celsius weather is a problem I called out from the beginning when I started the subscription in March as a potential issue in the summer. They reassured me that their boxing and setup would work. Don't think it is. They can blame Puro but they could easily change and offer possibly guaranteed same day or next day delivery and increase the shipping, I would rather that than to have spoiled food every second week and also putting the health of my family at risk. I simply can't tell how long everything has thawed and sat in heat. This is now the second time in past two weeks. What's worse, I get a canned email asking if the soup was bagged ...nonsense. Been waiting for almost 3 days to get a refund, reship, or some kind of intelligent response that says they care about customer experience. I've left vmails and I've never received a return phone call in every past event. Hoping they fix the shipping problems and or I'll have to cancel, but also fix my current box of food that's now once again in the garbage.
