0 stars. Where do I begin? No soap..water was freezing cold...it smelled like people were using it to defecate in. At first I thought it was just from all the mud, but it was definitely more than mud. I put $6 in because I wanted to do a really good job and I thought I would have to wash and rinse, but since there was no soap there was no point in rinsing. Save your money and use your hose. It will do just as good of a job

No soap in bay 1 and bay 2 had a broken wand. Never again!!!! No phone number to complain to.

Perpetually disappointed. Lived on the village for 25 years and I can count on both hands the number of times there has actually been soap for washing you vehicle.
Should call it a car rinse, not a car wash.

Would rate a zero if I could. Backed my boat in, put the $3 into the machine and nothing. Pulled the wand out of the holder and there was only a hose end, no gun, no trigger - nothing. I guess the old saying is true, if it looks like a dump - it's probably a dump.

Spent $4.00 for a car wash and there wasn't any soap in the dispenser. The second bay was out of soap also - a customer in that bay came to me and asked if mine was working. Very disapointed.

Garbage and graffiti everywhere. The machines is old and beat up. Time limits aren't shown. It's a shame I would use it more often if it was in better shape.
