Terrible place to pickup freight. Very rude, misleading and extremely SLOW!! I've been sitting here since 1230 this morning and it is 853pm and I'm still not loaded yet.. went into shipping office a few times to check the status on my load. They've been telling me all day "it's not ready yet" and they act like I'm bothering them.. detention pay is working overtime at this point.. I will definitely be marking this address as "Do Not Return"

Took an hour to get to security gate. Uncaring insensitive unprofessional employees. Three hours to unload. Very few English speakers. No evidence of observance of Best Practices. Security is nicer than the warehouse employees. One of the worst warehouses in Laredo.

Very poor communication, lazy people. I’m literally the only person picking up and the load is ready, but I’m waiting anyway. dude with the pony tail must be on his period.

One of the worst places to deliver to. Everyone seems to have a thumb up their rear in Shipping and Receiving. They give an ugly look and don't even acknowledge you when they know you arw at the window. Especially the lady with Glasses in Shipping doesn't even wear a mask in the office where the other lady's se working.

First Time ever going there the security guards are great and very helpful I had a guard by the name of Juan Rodriguez that did above and beyond his duty to make me feel comfortable when I got a panic attack

A bit of a wait but they always get me loaded up and out of there as fast as they can.
