Curtis & Shane at Deluxe RV have treated us very well, always knowing exactly what needs to be done & how to do it!! We purchased a used Super C Jayco Seneca privately last year, and considered the possible repairs we may have with our offer to the owners! We weren’t surprised we had some issues, and Deluxe RV has not only solved any issue quickly and knowledgeably, they are great to deal with and we feel their prices are very fair! They are officially our go to RV repair guys & judging by how busy they are, I think most who experience their service feel the same way! My only hope is by recommending them, they’ll still always have time for our unit! (Haha) Not that we want to be back (cause that means we need another repair, but, that’s what owning a motorhome generally means) but we won’t go anywhere else! Carstairs is very fortunate to have this great business right here!

Had to come in to recently get some ac work done - they coached and consulted me to have the best job done at the most economical price. Old school service that can not be beat! And I am now in the okanogon and will not die of heat stroke …. Lol

We bought a trailer from deluxe RV last year, the whole process was great. We found a few small items that needed repaired before we purchased and they fixed everything up and even did a few extras for us. I found them to be completely honest and very easy to deal with start to finish. Great family owned company who truly does care about their customers. Cannot recommend enough!

Wonderful company to work with. I needed a new fridge for my motorhome and they were very helpful with solid information. Pricing was far more reasonable than anywhere else I had called. It was well worth the drive for me. Dropped off and picked up the next day. I had a leak on the front left of the roof, they fixed that and some other spots that were looking aged.

Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience with Deluxe RV

I purchased a motorhome from Deluxe RV in July 2024, and what should have been an exciting experience quickly turned frustrating. Kurtis, who sold me the motorhome, assured me that a full inspection would be conducted before I took ownership. When I suggested getting an independent RV tech to inspect it, he seemed offended. That should have been a red flag.

Since then, I’ve had issue after issue. First, the carpet on the ceiling began showing signs of a water leak, then the water pump had to be replaced, and the cap for the freshwater drain was overtightened and cracked—something I discovered right after getting home. I had to immediately turn around and go back to Deluxe RV. On the way, I noticed the windshield wipers weren’t spraying. Turns out the module for the wipers was defective and had been recalled. How did they miss this in the so-called inspection? They ordered the module but sent me on my way with no other support.

When I got home, the parking brake wasn’t registering, so the slides wouldn’t come out and the jacks wouldn’t go down. It was late on a Saturday and Deluxe RV was closed, so I was stuck for the weekend. Later, I found out that when they checked the windshield wiper module, they had disconnected the parking brake wire.

About three weeks later, I stopped by Deluxe RV because I hadn’t heard anything about the replacement module. Turns out they had already received it but didn’t bother to call me. They replaced it, but again, the slides wouldn’t come out because the parking brake wire was loose. I had to wiggle it myself to get it working.

Fast forward to October, and my three-month warranty had just run out. Now the fridge has stopped working and needs to be replaced.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Deluxe RV to anyone. Kurtis, in particular, made me feel like an incompetent, insignificant woman. On one visit, he even pulled an RV tech away from helping me to look at a friend’s RV that had just pulled up. This level of disregard and poor service is unacceptable.

We have had service at Deluxe RV a few times over the last few years. They have always treated us well. We have have bought parts and received good advice from them. We have had services done on our trailer at a good price and completed in a timely manner. This year we had some problems with our trailer and they were able to fit us in so we could make or camping trip. All interactions have been good. If you are looking for a place to bring your RV give these guys a call they will treat your right.
