I’m not a local and wasn’t sure what to expect. I stopped in here to meet a friend and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The menu is fantastic and offers a wide variety of options to chose from. Excellent value all around and the small taco salad was fabulous with plenty of beef! The wings were great too. It’s definitely a dated pub environment but it’s clean and I’ll take great food over an upscale atmosphere. Plenty of seating too!

Was working in Carstairs for a few days back in mid October. Went here once and ended up here every evening after work. Had dinners here plus hit it on wing night. Our server Shirley was great. Very friendly and brought me Coors original in a bottle so she wins!! Food was great. I had a variety from the menu, steak sandwich, burger (2 bites in then took the picture), pork bites, pizza, megaton of wings. Everything was really good.

I've been going to Barley's on and off for over a decade, but since the new owners took over, things have definitely improved. The food is always good, the beer is always cold and it seems to have a family atmosphere now. The pool league seems to contribute to that quite a bit. But when numerous, long time regulars keep coming back, well that says it all.

They have pool tables, dart boards, and slots. only "downside" us no windows in the building at all.

Great food! Pizza is in-between a thick crust and a thin crust. Toppings under the cheese, nice touch. Good selection of drinks

been here many times and it has always been amazing but tonight we had a waitress that was very weird she was acting drunk or maybe she was on something but the way she was talking/acting was just so off putting and uncomfortable for me and my friends hope she's not the waitress/bartender next time we go

Never had bad time there, they have a different special every day, prices are decent, friendly staff and good service. They have VLT, pool tables, lots of TVS 📺, they have wing night on Wednesday, really good tap beer try it out and see what you think. Got to try 12 spice chicken wings
