I called yesterday, A lady answered a mobile phone could hardly hear her, i asked is this a flower shop... reply yes! again i asked if i could speak to the shop rather then a delivery person.. she said call the store.... i said that is why im calling to place an order... oh im out. hang up. So today i called back to try place an order, I asked the florist what type of fresh flowers she had.
Oh let me look? I named off a about 10 flowers as i have been over 50 years in the industry. she said she would send me a picture this is now over an hour and a half, no one is replying to me. My daughter in law just got home from a tramadic operation.
The worst florist i have every dealt with. for 50 dollars of cuts she sent me a picture 5 flowers and a palm leave 2.5 hours later.

Wonderful locally owned flower shop with excellent customer service and reasonable prices. The owner answered the phone on a day they were closed and came in with 30min notice so we could purchase a BEAUTIFUL pre-made bouquet for a last minute birthday gift.

Gorgeous flower shop located in Carstairs. Shop is FULL of affordably priced fresh flowers, plants, greenery, and gift ideas. Owner is very personable and lovely to do business with. Quality fresh florals. My go-to flower shop!

They are the most unorganized sloppy flower shop ive ever been in. Pre ordered flowers for my wife over two weeks in advance to show up to wait for 45min for them to grab a pre arranged mess that didn't match any of the colour's i requested. They attempted to add flowers to "spruce it up" knowing it wasn't even close to what I ordered.
Not even close to the $115 price tag I was charged weeks in advance.
When my wife called to ask the owner whats the issue and why they would even take an order if they arent capable of fullfilling it.
All they had to reply was to come return it and that they were to busy with walk ins.....
You would think an already payed for order would we done before walk ins.
Terrible customer service.
Unprofessional run.
We live outta town that's why I pre ordered and pre paid in advance.
We won't be returning to say the least

Edit : I would like to add that while I was waiting for over 45min every customer that and had pre ordered flowers was being told to wait an hour! Go to the bar for a drink!
One lady came in and ended up leaving, telling the flower shop she will just pick up her order up tomorrow because she didn't want to miss her reservations.
The're reasons people pre ordered flowers on valentines, It's because we have plans, reservations and such. The owner obviously thinks her time is worth more then her customers which is very evident in her attitude and behaviors. If this flower shop makes it to next valentines maybe they will take the proper steps to prepare and not ruining everyone's experience.

I can not say enough about these two beautiful souls!
They are always so kind, compassionate and always willing to help.
They have a beautiful store full of plants and flower arrangements. Everywhere you look there is something beautiful to see.
Thank you so much for providing Carstairs and the surrounding area a lovely place to "come and smell the flowers" and "fill your cup." So much love and respect ladies. ❤️

Son went in to get flowers for his girlfriend. Said he didn't know what to get. The lady at the counter said just pick some out. Was very unhelpful and unfriendly to him. Then he stood there and had to wait to pay while she talked to a friend of hers that was in the store and ignored him. Maybe the flowers are great, but the customer service this day was extremely poor. Too bad, I like to support local but customer service comes first in my books!

We called this florist from Edmonton and she was very responsive . We spoke on the phone about what we wanted and she sent a photo . The arrangement was really beautiful
