0 stars is what is deserved. No attempt was made to actually deliver my package despite being told their was. Paid for expedited shipping and did not recieve my parcel at all! I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and nobody has be able to actually tell me when I will recieve my package despite paying extra for expedited service! Not to mention that I was also cut off several times by the supervisor when explaining my issue. He was incredibly rude. Avoid using this company or buying produces from companies that use them!

Absolutely the worst.

If you ever plan on ordering anything online, and you notice it will be shipped through this company, order from somewhere that deals with a more component shipping company.

I'll never deal with anywhere that ships with this company ever again.

Edit: After leaving a review the company began to hold my package hostage refusing to deliver to me, and cutting all correspondence, while simultaneously refusing to return to sender so I can get a refund from them.

All in all an absolutely horrible and ongoing experience.

Edit 2: After approximately 2 weeks of holding my package the company finally shipped it back to the shipper.
But only after I was issued a full refund through my credit card company and the shipper demanded their product be returned to them by TFORCE.
Had I not taken the swift action to submit a chargeback in time, they'd likely still be holding my package and I'd be SOL.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. A month ago I had ordered a package and it had ended up being delivered by them, however my package never ended up at my door. When I call customer support they did not help and basically told me they delivered it and I blind because it was at my door. It was not, and so they sent me a conformation delivery picture at "MY DOOR".....it was NOT even my door. I had to go through my entire apartment building to find it because of the incompetence of the service. The customer support said they would ask the driver to try and remember where the package was placed and would call be back in 24 hours to let me know an update. It's been over a month and no one has called. I contacted the business where I ordered and expressed how they should change shipping companies and I recommend if your a business using them to do the same. NOT IMPRESSED

I used this courier last month. They delivered my package to a wrong address. Their customer service is useless. I will not use them again.
