As a first time pool owner, and being on a well, I called Bright Water Services for a pool fill. Instead of spending days filling the pool with a hose, and taxing my well and pump, the pool was filled with fresh clean water in 45 minutes. Driver Chris expertly navigated the double tanker up my long and winding farm driveway, and was very respectful of my lawn and property. They showed up when they promised with enough water on board to meet my needs. I will definitely be calling them every year for my water needs.

The whole experience was wonderful. Spoke with Rebecca, Kim, and McKinley at the office- they were so accommodating with all of the time changes on my end. The delivery for the two loads I ordered on two different days was with Steve. Steve is the most kind, personable, helpful, and customer oriented individual I have ever met. Our conversation was great and experienced incredible service. Truck was clean and all my neighbours marvelled at the service. 10 stars rating here!!!

Bright Water Services has my 5 stars! Right from the initial phone call to the invoicing process their team is highly professional and knowledgeable putting their customers needs a priority. I have called for water trucks in several emergency situations; time and time again they have kept our customers down time to a minimum due to their quick resoonse. I would refer Bright Water to anyone in need of their type of service and will be calling them again in the future.
