I asked for an eta and was very rudly told I was being aggressive then told about all the company problems. Extremely unsatisfied and unprofessional. I went with grand river delivery. Very happy with that decision. They were prompt and also very respectful!

We switched to Northen Delivery a few months ago and are so impressed by the service we receive. We deal with Kelly most of the time and she is absolutely incredible! She is kind, understanding, and all in all a wonderful person. She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy!
We order every week, she always remembers our order and always does her best to get it to us on time. And if she can't she calls me to let me know. 10/10 service from Northern Delivery.:)

EDIT - I left the review below years ago when they were under different ownership. Now that they are owned by Kelly, things have greatly changed for the better. She is a lovely person and we couldn't be happier with her and her service. Things have done a 180 since it's been under new ownership. If you tried them years ago and were horrified, it's different now.

I'd rated them 1/5 before, and have changed it to 5/5 now.

I wish there was another alternative than this company. They are very slow first of all. I've called late morning for things and not had them delivered by early evening many times, rude owner on the phone that snaps at everyone. It's disgraceful service, yet no alternatives unless you pay for a cab. And they know it, so they can be rude to people and know they basically have nowhere else to turn.

Wow, really impressive customer service. Northern got us out of a jam on an important delivery, Kelly and Andrea were both super easy to deal with and made the whole thing very easy. Kelly even phoned us the night before the pickup to get the info I emailed but I messed up the email address so she didn't get it. That kind of follow up is hugely appreciated. I'll absolutely use ND again and recommend them to anyone... and I'll spell the email address right next time lol

Wonderful lady. She went above and beyond to help me and got my delivery right away. She was more the willing to go out of her way to help me to make sure I was satisfied. This lady was exceptionally nice. I have read several reviews that claim she "was rude". I honestly think it's only coming across that way but in reality, she is working extra hard.. Especially during this devistating time where businesss are going under due to covid. We all need to learn to be more patient will everyone. Be safe everyone! And don't forget to tip your driver 🤗😊
