They hold on to your mail, especially when they know it's important. On their tracker it says we got delivered 6 pieces of mail and we received 2. I don't know ow if they throw it out or steal important mail, but it's getting irritating and the government needs to look into what they are doing with our private mail.

Oh my God you guys got to be kidding me how the hell do you guys go on a strike for a whole month and stop delivering your packages and mails this is unacceptable we should protest against the Canada Post workers.

The delivery guy never rings doorbell or knocks the door when delivering the package. They just come and through the package and run away. Recently i ordered car parts worth 550$ and the package sat in my porch for hours and co incidentally on of family members went outside and found the package. What if it was stolen? Who would be liable? Canada post is not bad but some of the delivery employees need to be educated on notifying people when delivering packages. This has happened many times. I guess they just don't care.

Probably the worst delivery standards I’ve ever had. My package has been in my city for 5 business days and updates always say out for delivery each day I wait and nothing comes. I contact their help line. They just read off a screen and nothing they can do and just re assure me it will be delivered in a timely fashion. Use their help chat same responses. Virtual assistant is useless. Ask the mailman and he says he has no idea he just drives the truck and didn’t really care. It’s pretty sad when you pay for expedited shipping and you get the run around and less then reasonable service. I will never choose Canada post for anything again wish you could select zero stars

Worst customer service experience with canada post. People working for them are so rude you guys should tell them how to behave with customers. If I have chance I will give 0 stars to canada post for their customer service. Better you provide some training to your associates. On calling customer service they won’t help they only read the script. My package is stuck from last 4 days and still not Out for delivery. On calling they are saying wait till 19Jan. Like its really annoying that the package which I supposed to receive on 6Jan still with them.
