Today, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, taxi driver driving a Toyota Camry with license plate CYZC 206 at 5 pm on Yonge Street near the GO station was speeding approximately 75-80 km/hour in a 60 zone. Then this driver tailed the car in front of him for a quite a while. To the taxi driver - I am glad you were not behind me. Please put safety first!

Went to a family wedding this summer. Arrangements were made with the bridal party with this taxi service to transport guest on a bus from the venue back to the hotels for a flare rate of 5$ a person. However their bus “broke” down at the end of the night so they they sent 2 taxis instead. Every group had already paid the 5$ fee and were charged another 45$ by the taxi on the way home. When they were confronted by the bridal party later on they refused to pay people’s back even though many people paid with debit/credit cards.
The driver was also driving very unsafe driving 40 km over the speed limit on a gravel road.

Lots of people very unhappy and unimpressed. This was on purpose.

Fast courteous service every time I have called this company.They even called me to assure my friend got home safely which was very much appreciated. Nice to have a company that goes that extra mile. It gives me piece of mind to know I can rely on them, they really do care about the customers. Their driver also ensured I was safely in my door before leaving. Makes all the difference to know the commitment to my safety is sincere. Hats off to you all at innisfil taxi I have no problem recommending your service to anyone.

Called for a cab, told 15 minute pick up. After standing outside for 30 minutes I called again. Maybe another 15 to 20 minutes and attitude. I’ll never use them again. There’s two other taxi companies in town that actually communicate with their drivers.

Just took a taxi and the driver apparently decided to take the scenic route instead of the direct, straight down route to make the fare more expensive. It cost me over $25 when it should have been way less than that. I didn't realize what was happening until it was too late. I will NOT be using this taxi service again. Not happy.

I have known the owners of this company, Amar and Jolly since 2006. They are great people and their main focus in business is customer service and safety. Innisfil Taxi has consistently helped many senior patients get to and from their appointments at our chiropractic clinic, always with good reviews. Beyond that, they also strive to be a true member of the community by taking part in community events, contributing to local charities, etc.

I'm in cookstown (township of innisfil) to have ride from tim hortons to my home in thats also in innisfil and they tell me to call alliston as they're closer. I'm already in innisfil and need to go deeper into innisfil but alliston to them is a better choice smh.
