If you’re considering using Golden Freight, STOP. This company is involved in fraudulent billing practices, forgery of shipping documents, and extortionate overcharging of customers — and I have the receipts to prove it.

I was invoiced $20,000 USD for a supposed fine from MSC, only to discover that the original MSC email showed a fine of just $5,000. The version they sent me was altered — same timestamp, different amount. When I confronted them with the evidence, they backtracked, twisted their own words, and tried to shift blame onto someone else — despite the fact that my company name was on the booking and I made direct payments to them.

They refused to provide any official customs fine letter, proof of seizure, or real MSC invoice. Instead, they threatened me with legal action and tried to silence the truth. Their actions directly caused over $30,000 in damages to my business due to blocked shipments and unnecessary demurrage fees.

This isn’t just incompetence — it’s a deliberate pattern of deceit and manipulation. If you’re a shipper or business owner, ask yourself:
Do you want to hand your cargo and thousands of dollars to a company that forges numbers and blocks containers to force payments?

Think twice. And then think again.

This company shipped my car. I believe the bill of landing they gave me is fake it stuck in italy so eventually it looked like they put something illegal or gave me fake recipes and stole my car It's been 5 months since I didn't receive my car in dubai. They stop picking up the phone. I am taking this matter to the consumer court and media.

‏, I do not recommend dealing with The golden freight shipping company at all, they are not professional and know nothing about this business, from the estimation shipping time to the exactly fees that you have to pay (they keep asking for extra fees even after I received the shipment and telling me that there will be delays).

They said the shipment will take from month to 45 days but it took more than 3 months!!
And in order to save money they give me only one policy for two cars! When I release it is not sufficient due to the custom rules they issue another one with extra $570!

‏ I also had issues with the mother shipping company created by golden company lack of experience. Think twice before doing business with them and put in mind that there are hidden fees that you will discover when you already ship your stuff.

Thieves is what i would simply describe them.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. They created incorrect manifests resulting in days of accumulated demurrage and storage fees and then did not want to take responsibility for it. When asked who created the manifests they tried to blame the broker but they are the ones that supplied incorrect manifests to begin with. Their site states they are experts yet they did not use the correct cargo control number resulting in multiple CBSA calls to get their manifests corrected. They also created multiple manifests for the same shipment. They confuse being professionally told they are doing a poor job with attacks. They lack the common sense needed to run an effective business. 100% would not recommend. Save yourself the headache and go with another company.
