No respect for delivery time, waste whole day for one delivery

Live unload appt 7pm but they don't care appt time. Got door at 8.20 pm but still unloading very slowly

All my visits have been evening/night deliveries. I have had excellent results, but if I am going to be late for the appointment, I call ahead to advise, traffic conditions, shipper late loading, whatever. They always accommodate whether early, on time, or late. I have heard the morning guy can be a real prick, though. My advice is to phone ahead if not going to make appointment. Got nothing to lose by giving them a heads-up about your situation.

Wasn’t sure about how much time they gonna take after reading the reviews but these guys were pretty fast and super amazing.
Though I was 35ish mins late for my appointment still they offloaded in less than 40 mins.

Shipping office guy was also super amazing in communicating and responsive too.

Don't bring any load from Boucherville to here. The wait times are HORRIBLE.

Very very bad experience here.
Lots and lots of hours to get unloaded.
NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
