Can we show a little more consideration or integrity?
Lazy driver has been parked in the Quick pick up spot for a few hours now.
It’s wonderful when a company doesn’t care about anyone but themselves.

Their drivers are getting worse. In fact a ride my wife and I just had the driver tried a scam thing asking for cash and then asked for an e transfer. I forgot my machine and driver that was going to go home and get it and come into a restaurant where we were dropped off, when he should just of said it's only $9.25 don't worry about it. Then he said I drive you home, so I'd had enough and just got out. We paid the company direct with an e transfer because we're honest. We will never use this company again.

Disgusting service. I ordered a taxi in the app and made a note that I wanted to stop at Tim Horton's first and when the driver arrived, I explained to him nicely where I was going and the first stop and he was extremely rude about it and he refused. So, I got out of his taxi and called a different company, and said something to him and he lost his fare. I've had a few problems in that past with this garbage company, from drivers ripping me off and be very dishonest. I'll never use this scum taxi company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional and clearly don't care about their loyal clients. Some of these drivers need to be fired.

I got a ride from a hotel to a bar on Saturday, May 3rd, around 10pm. The driver arrived faster than expected. He was polite and friendly, his car was clean, and he got me to my destination quickly and safely. I would absolutely call him/Yellow again

Loved this company they have/had a lot of good drivers that have done me some solids and got me to work many times. But if the app no longer guarantees a firm price I might have to take my business elsewhere. I have had drivers go longer routes before or ‘miss’ the address. On top of that make sure to check and make sure you aren’t getting charged a waiting fee when they say they have arrived when they haven’t, just noticed that fun one today. $2 waiting fee when we were waiting for and watched him pull up.

There is a Yellow Taxi cab number 321 blocking the road going into Stoorybrook lane at Storybrook Gardens. Where the vehicle is parked is NOT A LEGAL PARKING SPOT. It is in fact blocking a fire route into a park filled with families. Including mine. Please remind the driver that he is to follow the rules of the road like everyone else.

I don't recommend using Yellow. The drivers are often rude because your not paying cash in hand. Company has gone down since new ownership. I would order Uber or lyft instead. Rides are half the cost of what Yellow Charges and the drivers are nicer and show up on time.

Horrible never had so many rude drivers in my life nothing but pure ignorance from the drivers and they take u the long way to go to your destination none of the drivers ay yellow taxi should ever be driving
