Horrible services no wonder they have a 2 star review! Bought rims in Manitoba and had them shipped over they’ve been sitting in the London for the past 3 days now and was told they were being delivered yesterday. So I took the afternoon off and waited I was told they would be here around 12-4 nothing showed up so I gave them a call sent straight to voicemail so I looked up their hours maybe they were closed they were indeed not closed very frustrated I called the main loomis express number got a hold of somebody and they said they would notify the terminal and tell them to call us, we still have not received a call and nothing has been updated about the shipping. The next morning I tried calling the London terminal again at 10 am to ensure someone would be there and once again sent straight to voicemail and nothing about the shipment has changed not even an estimated delivery time. What a horrible way to run a business this is completely unacceptable!

Super rude customer service. From two different employees. Got a call that I had to pickup a package from them that required a signature and the woman I talked to was giving me sass as if it was a major inconvenience for her to have to call and tell me to come pick it up. Whatever. I go to pick it up a couple days later, I walk in and a guy says, what do you want. I said im here to pick up a package. I said my name, asked if he needed my ID, and he goes I dont know who you are, what do you want?! I said, to pick up a package that needed a signature... he then goes oh. And grabs it under the desk. Its like neither of them have ever talked to a customer before.

Fast, friendly service. Helped me with the return label as the company I bought the part from sent me the wrong return label. I would have had to go to Canada Post and pay for it to be shipped back to the company! 🤦

Terrible, unprofessional service!
Holding important documents and have been chasing it down for 4 days now! I showed up to collect it.. and they said it was in the back that’s locked up and couldn’t retrieve it.

I had a package sent out from this location. The tracking number said address not found. The address is valid and easily found. I tried calling to resolve the matter, and I could not get through to a person after three calls with significant holds. I also tried the chat and received no agent response. As this was an inbound package, I could not choose the delivery service.
