Moving day came truck 1.5 hrs late
I request 3 guys only got 2, I knew the truck would not be big enough they assured me they would fit it in...
Guess who now has stuff still to be moved. Movers themselves great
Very very disappointed
I was also over charged and my stuff held hostage until I paid the bill
The busted a pce of my furniture and of course no one wants to answer me o how this can be rectified
Owner is a real pce of work also offered to pick up the rest of my stuff for free considering he is not replying about damaged furniture guess I hire someone else DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Yesterday, I had Ilea and Denand work a very long and extremely hot day, moving us into a building! They were both so polite and pleasant, so professional, and worked very hard! I would highly recommend them to anybody! They were the best part of my move!!

Absolutely outstanding service! We hired Omeros Moving for our relocation, and we couldn’t be happier. What truly stood out was Ali — although his role was primarily as a driver, he went above and beyond to help us with everything. From lifting and organizing to offering helpful suggestions on how to place our items, Ali was professional, kind, and incredibly hardworking.

It felt like he was moving his own home — that's how much care and attention he gave. The entire team was punctual, careful with our belongings, and the pricing was very fair. Thanks to Ali and the Omeros Moving team, what is usually a stressful process turned out to be smooth and even enjoyable.

Avoid Eco-Way Movers at All Costs — Scam Operation Disguised as a “5-Star” Company

Hired Eco-Way Movers based on their suspiciously perfect reviews — big mistake. They don’t even answer their phone with a company name, so right off the bat, you’re left guessing if it’s a business or a burner phone.

Instead of sending their own team, Eco-Way outsourced the job to a sketchy third-party called Omeros Moving — completely unprofessional and unannounced. If I wanted to deal with Imperial or Omeros, I would’ve booked them directly (and saved the middleman scam).

Omeros showed up and held my furniture hostage, demanding $1,073 before they would finish the job. I had already agreed to $783 through Eco-Way — they tried to strong-arm me for almost $300 more. I refused, and had to fight just to get what I already paid for. Absolute scam tactics — this felt more like extortion than moving. I ended up paying the 700 and said look at that and silence.

The movers were clueless, clearly not trained or briefed. I had to move my own furniture because they either didn’t know how or didn’t care. They didn’t even finish the job — left items wrapped and dumped. And yes, I still tipped them $50 each, not because they deserved it (they didn’t), but because I felt sorry for the poor workers clearly thrown into chaos by whatever shell game these companies are playing.

Eco-Way and Omeros — and probably Imperial too — are clearly running a scam together. Padding reviews, outsourcing to unvetted crews, changing prices mid-job. And when I reached out to Arthur at Eco-Way for support? Crickets. No accountability. No refund. Nothing. I have the texts — and I will be posting them.

I’ll be posting a video of Omeros movers refusing to give me my furniture and tried to get me to pay a higher amount.

Zero stars if I could. Save yourself the money, time, stress — and dignity. This company is a bait-and-switch disaster hiding behind fake stars and fake promises. P.s the owner at Omeros takes no accountability and only cares about money. Horrible owner.

Honestly disappointing and unsatisfied. I booked them because of the review they have on google. Don’t be fooled, they were rude, had no time management and cancelled on us after the meeting time on the day I had to move out. I told them to arrive at the destination ON TIME (heavy emphasis on being SHARP) but they kept on delaying it while my time slot was ticking away. They kept saying 10 minutes 10 minutes while 40 minutes have already past. I was questioning them why are they late when they said 10 minutes 40 minutes ago. They got mad and said they weren’t going to come anymore. Honestly a disappointing and generationally trash experience.

We used Omero’s moving and the service was prompt. The guys who helped move my stuff were polite and were very careful in moving the boxes. The pricing was also just right.
