Most of my orders are delivered to wrong place, not sure, if the route selector or the delivery person at fault but postal code and a village is completely ignored.
We have several conversations with Amazon center, but the issue remain a problem. Have anyone know the direct contact person to this location, so I can work with the person directly to resolve this?

I would love to know what drugs this Centre takes before each shift. I ordered a candle for my mother's birthday. But instead of receiving a candle I received a broken butter holder that was clearly a return still in the packaging from the previous customer. This isn't the first time this Centre has messed up an order for my house. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalled with the workers and their service

Horrible delivery service. Today my package said it was delivered on Dec 3 but I didn’t receive it and the photo wasn’t taken at my home. I have no idea where my package is. Amazon needs to leave the deliveries to UPS or FEDEX because their drivers are clueless. Or have better management over their drivers. Most of them anyways. I do have one that’s good. Just not the delivery yesterday.

I like chopping Amazon’s is good campanula we give products you need it and sometimes we delivery a product late.they have good service is not bad because we give product you want.
Experience they have is better than anther company.if you don’t like product you can rerun

Driver’s are idiots!!! Can’t find the Amazon drop location inside Staples at Argyle Mall.
Three delivery attempts made and were supposed to call me on second and third attempt. Had given my number to Amazon Logistics and talked to several customer support staff, that assured me they have my contact number and would call.

I can't believe how i get my package in 1 day. It is incredible! So far always reliable and on time! Love prime free shipping too! Love my echo dot sounds a notification in my home when my package has arrived. Super amazing Amazon in London ont!

(Can no longer post in delivery, but the review there reflects my experiences so I’m still putting this here)

Since this place has arrived they hardly ever fulfill the expected delivery dates, even when I order as early as possible for next day deliveries. I can’t order directly to my building, and other issues/disabilities make it so I have to stay at a friends while I wait for it. Amazon has somehow managed to make things worse by adding a building to my city, and the anxiety I get on delivery day that it will be pushed back is immense. I endure a lot of pain to be able to receive my package, and my hopes that a new fulfillment centre would make these obstacles less of a trial of my endurance and patience is absolutely shattered.

this place keeps delivery packages from the man that lived here before he died im disabled and can not move the packages, ive done online ive done on the phone ,there is no number for here the delivery drivers can balery move these boxes ROBERT MIRES does not live here amazon does not help me ever im so sick of this this place needs to stop delivery this guys stuff. i cant move it
