The staff here were very helpful. I bought a new cartridge and a battery and sadly it didn’t fit and got stuck. They were able to refund me and give me a new cartridge and battery. This goes appreciated.

Usually the attendants here are very good. Today, a certain attendant was in and refused to facilitate a return, despite the product not being used at all. This attendant is consistently a difficult salesperson, as she constantly talks about nonsense to customers who are clearly disinterested. She has no sense of urgency and constantly delays the speed of transactions - I have been present while other customers have complained about her taking extremely long to do everything. This attendant does not match the skills of the other workers who are employed here.

Just not a welcoming store. Their “company policy” is to ID everyone. The law is to ID anyone that looks 25 or younger. I’m 44. The alcohol and cannabis industry in Canada is already so regulated, why make it more complicated? Also, so many cannabis stores are going under right now due to market saturation and here you are with these “company policies”. Also the store was absolutely empty… hope an owner reads this.
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:
Thanks, but read your reviews… customers are telling you that your policy is dumb. Yes, you are offering a consistent experience across all your stores: consistently slow, consistently unwelcoming! As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with a DO NOT COME IN sign and a security tape blocking your way. Then if no one comes to greet you and you cross this tape, the employee treats you like you just broke into their house, no “hello”, no “welcome”, just pure harshness. Have you ever visited your competitors? No one does this! You have a company policy that is not even following the law!!! You don’t HAVE to ID EVERYONE, the law says “anyone who looks 25 or under”, some people who are close may be complimented by being ID’d, but for most people who are way past 25 and looking our age, this is frustrating. I used to come often as this store is close to me but until you establish policies that makes sense, I’ll stay away from your unwelcoming store.

they sell broken glass! When you ask for a new bowl and have a picture of the bowl not used they won’t even do that as an elite member. I am appalled. Yes, the prices are good but why cheap out when it’s gonna be broken now I’m gonna end up spending more money and I wasted $35 on a garbage membership save yourself the time hassle and money shop somewhere else.!!

Canna Cabana on Fanshawe Park is irresponsible and unethical. I witnessed staff sell a vape to someone very young clearly talking to somebody else on the phone about it with no regard. The staff was also rude, and the prices are predatory for low-quality products. I strongly advise others to stay away from this location. I constantly am waiting with a store full of customers while two other staff are preoccupied in the back. Perhaps take a break to assist your customers (which should be your priority) instead of letting somebody in training handle everything by themselves. Not impressed and won’t be returning. Advise you to do the same if you value your hard earned dollar.

Almost 50 years old and I still get ID'd. They lie about the reason for it. They claim it's law that they have to ID everybody, they don't. The law stipulates they only have to ID people who look younger than 25. I have taken my business to places that don'tlie to me.

Customers waiting in front while workers are cracking jokes and talking about the beach inside. I asked for a specific strain and the guy there said he didn't have it. On my way out I noticed it on the shelf. Worst workers I've ever met in my life. Had zero knowledge of any strains I wanted. They hire anyone here.
