I tried this location for the first time yesterday and ordered the Southwestern Chipotle Crispy Chicken Salad with a side of mac & cheese. The salad was impressive—definitely one of the best fast food salads I’ve had. It was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The mac & cheese, on the other hand, reminded me of the frozen mac & cheese my Nanny used to love when I was a kid. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t stand out as anything special. Overall, a great first experience, and I’m looking forward to trying more items from the menu.

I’m really upset. Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite fast food places, but I found mold on the bun of my Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. It was obvious and completely ruined my experience. I’ve never had an issue before, but this was unacceptable. I hope this gets addressed because I’ve always trusted the quality here—until now. I have also sent an email and no response.

I recently visited there that left me quite confused. The parking lot is completely merged with the drive-through area, and finding the entrance proved to be a challenge. There isn’t a direct entrance—instead, you have to walk a considerable distance, and during that walk, you’ll actually cross through the drive-through lane. It also appears that there’s no designated dine-in area at all, which makes the whole setup feel very unusual and inconvenient. As for the food, the fries were soggy and didn’t have the same flavor quality as the USA-style offerings, though the burger was good. On a positive note, the atmosphere was clean and overall, it’s a very nice place.

Disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived cold, a bit soggy, and overly salty. It was really unappetizing by the time it got here. The drinks were also a letdown—the cup was packed with so much ice that it watered everything down and made it almost tasteless. I expected better quality and care, especially given the price. I hope they improve their delivery packaging and drink preparation in the future.

ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! NEVER COMING BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Chick-fil-A newbie here. Got the combo with crispy chicken and waffle fries. Wished my fries were a little more done but generous portions. Chicken sandwich was tasty. Dipped it in the house sauce. Service great. Eating area pleasant with a fun atmosphere. Bathroom needed tending to.

First time experience. Exceeded your expectations service, not like an ordinary fast food chain store. Good food, good services, good environment. Unlimited supply of tasty honey for dips. Lots of drive thru, pick up and dine in customers at the time of visit at late afternoon but still good customer service good food and short waiting time. Clean table, no more sticky floor as in other self services drinking fountains in other fast food shops. Price is competitive when you consider they have many staff to serve you. If you have to pick a bone from an egg, I would say there is only this remote store in south London Ontario and food choice is limited even without chicken wings.

My first time at chick fil a was one to remember. We were greeted with kindness and professionalism by Seth at the drive through. He recommended the iced tea and lemonade mix. It was perfect. As well as his favourite sauces. Danny greeted us at the window and it was one of the best drive through interactions I’ve ever had. Food was great. Service was top notch. Thank you guys, I would highly recommend.

I have a question: how would you react if, while taking your first couple of bites at a fast food restaurant, an employee approaches you not to inquire about the quality of the food, but rather to inform you that if you find a screw on your tray, please return it to them and refrain from taking it home? I simply smiled and replied that it was not a problem. However, my internal response was quite different.

Like I'm pregnant not even five bites in and this girl comes over explaining to us what happened . Then I didn't hear her my boyfriend tells me what she said she seemed to nervous . I was baffled ....... Like why not remake our food . That's serious. Someone also sent this poor women out to tell half the dinning room ...
