I'm in Picton for vacation for a few days, and I've never experienced such great service at a Pharmacy. The pharmacist there (Karl?) was so knowledgeable and gave great practical advice. Very satisfied!

I was with my brother in the county drug store in Picton, Ontario today. Not sure if the pharmacist was having a bad day but she was giving my brother an unnecessary hard time. He has schezophrenia and generally takes his meds out of blister packs. He's been in sycosis and was in for a med change. She is now making him get 1 blister pack per week and he lives in the country. The cab ride alone would be $50 a week and her doesn't drive. No pills were missing from his blister packs and some of his meds are on a as needed basis. I explained that l would be monitoring him and what he has been doing is pretty typical behavior for schezophrenia. I am disgusted at her attitude and if there was some where to report her l would. My brother is nearly 60yrs old and has always done the same thing. She treated him like a drug addict or something.

County Drugstore has probably the best staff and service that I have ever experienced.

Today, I had just finished a Zoom meeting with my specialist at Women's College Hospital when I received a phone call from them to say that they had received my doctor's new prescription.

What is incredible is that earlier this year, I had also received a phone call from them while I was actually in Toronto at a consultation with this doctor a few months ago.

As well as this incredible service their wonderful staff are so friendly and helpful.
