5 days and no follow up phone call as requested
Yet again
Terrible service however staff reported yet another manager is on his way out …
How long does one wait?!….stay tuned for update

Ran out again!
Do yourself a favour-go with someone else
And note to self - call on weekend their emergency call back is the best- call back immediately- Mon-Friday no call backs! Ran out on Dec 25 and still no call back!

0 STARS for this company!!!! Let this post share as fair warning TO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR HEATING NEEDS!!!!

My family had issues in the past and warned to steer clear! The will not and do not care about you, your family or your pets. They are willing to let your family and your pets "weather" the cold, even up to -30 in snowy January!!! They do their deliveries in blocks and cannot guarantee when you call A WEEK AGO that they will be able to deliver propane to your home. The recommendation from the office staff - put some extra sweaters on and blankets to stay warm! Well here we are a week later, they were to deliver on Tuesday, NO SHOW!!! Apparently our request didn't make the delivery request for the following Tuesday so we ran out!! Then they want to preach about the agreement that was signed and how it is at the end and now is no longer their concern. They will accommodate us with an Emergency Deliver Order but still no guarantees on the delivery time and date! So we ran out, with no way to cook (propane stove), no heat, no hot water - all ran with propane! Even the extra fee for the Emergency order wasn't enough for them to keep our home with heat!!!!
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Much appreciate the bomby 12 degrees celcius in our home this morning (translate to 54 degress F)
