Zouhair the massage therapist been taking therapy with him for back and have improve a lot since my injury. He has magic hands and my back is better than it was. Thx so much.. this therapy has help me in so many ways.

Five stars! I went through multiple Physio treatment sessions at Alta-Sask Wellness for a collarbone injury, and was very satisfied with my experience. Dharmanshu Lightwala is so friendly and fun to work with, he is the absolute man! He is always positive and uses his knowledge in an interesting, applicable manner. I looked forward to every appointment and left knowing how to do activities specific to my program. With his guidance I am on the way to a healthy recovery! The building and equipment are well sanitized, and the staff are great. I will definitely be coming back for any future treatments and would recommend.

I’ve had many visits with Alta-Sask Wellness.I find the staff very pleasant. My main visits have been with Dilawar Mann, today I found out he is moving. So happy for him but sad for us and the City of Meadow Lake SK. Not only has he helped many who’ve come to see him but also the City itself. We are definitely going to miss him. It’s really sad to see people with a passion and love for their careers leave especially when in a short period of time they have embraced what community is about. We wish Dilawar all the best. 😊

Dilawar was amazing thru my appointments , I was bit concerned about my right knee . I thought I needed to have surgery to get my meniscus fixed, but with technics and exercises Dilawar did a great job and there is not more pain on my right knee , excellent recovery!

I have worked on my foot, my back, and a pinched nerve with both Dharm and Zouhair. They are both amazing and have helped me figure out the best treatments, exercises to do at home, and how to prevent the issues from happening again. I highly recommend Alta-Sask Wellness.

I had a great Massage therapy experience at Alta-Sask with Zouhair Malaeb. I had multiple sessions with Zouhair and I have found him very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled therapist. He was able to treat the discomfort I had with my back, neck and shoulders. I highly recommend him and will definitely be back for more treatment sessions.
