Cozy and professional. I have travelled with red arrow more then 5 times now and each time it is an enjoyable trip. Kind staff. Complementary snacks and drinks (when available I assume) and a nice clean bus with comfortable seats.

Been coming onto the Red Arrow bus since 2017 for when ever I am planning to travel down to Calgary for my weekend get away. I must say the station here is nice and clean, the staff was super nice, and the vending machines were spot on full in case to those need a snack or a nice drink from time to time. So I am looking forward each time I go on a road trip, I will use Red Arrow to get to my destinations on there neat busses. The driver was good and funny to boot from time to time. The seats are comfy and cozy and and plenty of room for me to relax me feet when walking a lot. So bottom line, great service and I say keep up the good work and looking forward to book a road trip in the near future ^^

Not worth it, when the person front of you reclines all the way(nearly crushing your computer) you have no more room than greyhound. The person got hot and threatened me ( balled fist and fighting words) the staff did nothing. Go with greyhound it's not worth the premium price

I've been to two of Red Arrow's offices, one in Downtown Calgary and here in Red Deer, AB. My experience here in Red Deer office was great! Bending machine with ton of useful stuff for casual and frequent travelers (please see pictures) also whenever I called the 1-800 number I thought it was going to be a hassle but no! Callcenter people answer quickly, are very helpful providing info regarding departures from any Alberta station and habdle exact same pricing as any physical ticket office. Red Arrow Red Deer ticket office was extremely clean, lady that got me the ticket was super nice too! Smooth quick and easy transaction. Thanks!
