We had Mike and Lee for our move on Saturday, they were absolutely amazing. We have a baby and they were both friendly with her and got all of our belongings to our new house which is a hour away safely.

The only reason I give 3 stars, is because of the booking process. I confirmed the accurate amount of belongings we had, they booked 2 guys and 1 truck. We definitely could have used another guy, and another truck. They were not able to get all of our belongings in the truck, so we (thankfully) had family who could help us the next day as the new owners took possession today but this caused quite a bit of stress. The booking agents also quoted 4-6 hours, it ended up taking closer to 9 hours. So beware of this when dealing with the booking agents, but the movers were fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience with Two Small Men with Big Hearts. They arrived on time, took good care of my belongings, wrapped everything well and were very professional.
Jordan, Seth and Roger were very respectful and great to work with and got along really well amongst themselves.
I would definitely use their service again.

Crew showed up when they said they would, worked extremely hard, quickly and safely on both days. Very friendly and polite and awesome people. Customer service and dispatch were awesome too. Highly recommend.

Sadly would not recommend them. We were quoted one price and in the end it cost us double. Our move was from a C-Can to a house and we just had them unload 95% to the basement and just leave it . They carried our end table furniture up side down so any screws and washers we had in them to put beds together were now missing. There was instant complaining when they arrived on site . We told him it needs to be moved . I noticed many times the one guy was on his phone often and I am then billed for time wasted while they talk on the phone. I’m paying for services by the hour so when they stop for smoke breaks and 15 min here and 15 min again it adds up to me paying for that . Completely disappointed and the cost was was to much to go from a C-Can to a house that is 12 min away . We have used other moving company’s I have moved from spruce grove to Calgary and it cost me what these guys charged me . Very sad

Yesterday I had Jordan and Terry for a partial move. I needed my hutch and a few other things moved to my new place. Now this thing is HEAVY! The guys came in, assessed the “situation” and then got to work. They had it all wrapped up and ready to go in no time. These guys were awesome! Conversation was very easy with both of them…ranging from choice in music to shooting gophers! Lol. It made the idea of moving seem better and easier! So now I’ve requested them to finish my move at the end of the month! Thank you Jordan and Terry!

The worst moving company ever!!!! They charged $2000.00 more than the estimate. My speakers and other furniture were damaged.
They drove away with my elliptical still on the truck!!!!! I called them and tried to make a deal they keep the elliptical and they take $300.00 of my bill. They very rude we got into a disagreement in the end I had drive 3 hr round trip to pick it up and it was sitting outside in the rain. I can't understand how a company like this could stay in business!!!!!!! PLEASE FIND ANOTHR MOVING COMPANTY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

We had Jordon, Lee and Lucas from 2 small men with big hearts come to help us move to our acreage.
They were absolutely amazing, worked so hard for us and were so careful with our furniture. We could not have done it with out them
I would highly recommend this company to help with a move and I would not hesitate to use them again.
