I've been in the store a few times. They also have UPS shipping there. On May 30th I was there and picked out some flowers to take home, Today is July 1st and I still have 5 daisies left. I've bought lots of flowers from everywhere. They never last this long. I used the food they provided for two water changes. And all I did was change the water every few days. I've bought some from a "big store" on gasoline Alley and yes they were cheap. But also fill of mold when I took them out of the elastic... So... Maybe pick your own bouquet. The owner is super friendly and helpful, she's great to talk to. I have nothing but lovely things to say about the staff and the flowers.

I ordered a specific bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day, and what arrived was different… The bouquet they delivered was still beautiful. It was full of vibrant colors and fresh flowers, but it just wasn't the one I had picked out. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and get another, especially for a special occasion like Mother’s Day. So, while the flowers were lovely, they missed the mark on getting the order right.

Very disappointed with the product. The services was fine staff were friendly and accommodating. However, having spent $150.00 on an arrangement for our wedding anniversary I would expect the quality of the flowers would have been better. The roses petals were covered in brown spots, the foliage was wrinkled and had spots as well. I would have been better off buying a dozen roses from Costco, at least they would have been fresh. Needless to say it did not make the impact I had hoped for the occasion.

Very satisfied and grateful of the extra effort. My brother ordered me a beautiful orchid for delivery and actually gave the wrong address. The mistake was not Grow Directs fault, they did as asked and delivered the orchid to the address on the order. Instead they went above and beyond to pick up the flower and have it delivered to me. Thank you so much!

Want some baked good to go with your flowers? Bent Tin Baked Goods are sold here, from corn bread, pies, cookies, croissants. Amazing baked goods! A must try. Owner will take direct orders and will deliver or have it ready at the store for you to pick up.

I honestly just went there to pick up a UPS package but when I saw that it was a flower shop and they had other plants inside. I figured I would still take a look around. I got there right before they opened so I waited till 9am to go inside. I tried to open the door right at nine and nobody was there. The door was locked and as I’m trying to open it someone pulls into the parking lot. I figure that it’s the worker so I stand outside For a little while and she doesn’t get out of her car immediately so I go and sit back into my car she does go and open the door at 9:01 and I decided I’m gonna give her a few minutes to get all settled in so I go inside at 9:03 and I patiently wait while she is still opening the shop. A few of the plants were in good condition but only no price on them. It seemed that the only plants that were for sale were drying out from dehydration. There was a string of pearls plants for $30 and it was wilting. The lady then asks “can I help you” in a rude voice, not greeting me politely at all I proceed to tell her what I was there for, it wasn’t a polite interaction will not be going back.

They were very accommodating even though I placed my order near the end of the day. She didn’t have the right purple flowers and they took the time to call me and ask me if it was ok to use a different purple flower. I left the decision in their hands on which flowers they used instead. The joy in my mom’s voice when she thanked me for the flowers and when she said how beautiful they are made it all so worth it! Thank you for making my mom’s first birthday without my step dad special and beautiful like she is!
