I spoke with John on the phone throughout the process of setting up my unit and he was very helpful. They made the process easy and were very flexible working around my changing schedule and uncertain date for getting my unit.

The facility is clean and well maintained! I could not be happier with my choice!

This is a great place for storage. The staff have been great, but the facility is top notch. Having a drive-in loading bay is very convenient and if the weather was bad then this would be a life saver. The storage unit that I have rented was very clean, just like the whole facility. I'd highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone needing some extra storage space.

We were very happy with our Prime Storage experience. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was always clean and well lit and seemed safe even when we accessed our storage unit after hours (which we did quite often). This was our first time renting a storage unit and it was a very good way for us to downsize when we sold our house. I would certainly recommend Prime Storage.
