Very caring, professional and honest. They had a tough time getting our vehicle out but after 4 hours and two tow trucks they got the truck, and as much of our stuff that was strewn out of it, as they could! Thank you to the employee who let us in after hours to collect our mother's ashes.

OMG, Frank is the best. MacKenzie's Towing was way to convenient. They (Frank) made a terrible situation actually better. From Debert to Shearwater, and bent over backwards to make it efficient and perfectly timed for us. You'd think a situation such as a shot rear wheel bearing would be horrible, and after driving so far from Sainte-Jean, Quebec and an hour from home, MacKenzie's Towing and their awesome technician, Frank, actually made the trip home enjoyable. Timings for pick-up was quick, and Frank was there for us. He made the last hour, even with our LR4 on the flatbed, so much better. The wife and I were exhausted, and Frank was personable, polite, and just about every great adjective I can think of. The trip started in Quebec at 7am, and here I am at home, for about 40 minutes or so, and writing the best review I can think of, as he, and his employer, deserves the proper recognition. Thank you Frank. And last but least, the price was way better than one we have had from a local one from just Sackville a while back. It was fair, and for having my rig back in my yard, a great deal for the cost.

I cannot say enough about Michael Doiron. My car broke down at night outside Truro. He was the guy who came to tow. He gave me advice on where strategically to bring the car and check into a hotel. But then, way over and above the call of duty, the next day he made calls to find a mechanic that could squeeze me in and get the part replaced as quickly as possible. Stuff I would have had to do myself without any local knowledge and would have taken me forever. He found a couple and I ended up going with one, job done the next day instead of a week later. Michael was a lifesaver. And he earned a grand total of nothing doing that. Just my deep appreciation.
