I am filled with disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by Canadian North Airline during my recent travel experience. My hope is that by addressing these issues, we can collectively work towards preventing such distressing incidents from recurring in the future.
I embarked on my journey with high expectations of a seamless and professional travel experience. Regrettably, these expectations were shattered as I found myself dealing with a series of disheartening events that reflected poorly on your company's commitment to customer service and care.
Upon arrival at my destination, it came to my attention that not only had my luggage been lost, but to my utter disbelief, it had been discarded without any regard for its contents. This act of negligence is deeply distressing and unacceptable. Beyond the material value of the lost items, my luggage contained essential medications and personal belongings that are irreplaceable and critical to my well-being.
What has compounded this already disheartening situation is the complete lack of responsiveness and accountability demonstrated by your company's staff. I have reached out to the call center multiple times seeking assistance, only to be met with indifference and an evident reluctance to address the issue at hand. This behavior is both unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers who expect a minimum standard of care and concern.
Furthermore, the demeanor of your staff has been consistently disappointing. Rude behavior and dismissive attitudes have characterized my interactions, leaving me feeling both frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening to think that such discourteous conduct is tolerated within your organization.
I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is my expectation that you will conduct a thorough investigation into the mishandling of my luggage and the subsequent disregard for its contents. Compensation for the lost items, as well as an apology for the distress caused, is not only warranted but a basic expectation for any reputable service provider.

Their employee vaccine mandate is inexcusable. It is nearly impossible to obtain a medical exemption, doctors are generally not allowed to give them. So someone at risk of an adverse reaction has to choose between risking severe health issues, and supporting themselves. We will not fly CN until this policy ends.
