The service was really bad, we were at the mcdonalds we told him we do not have cash, and they said well you have to pay anyways. So when we got back our atm was broken and we told them we couldnt pay, and we ended up having to e tranfer the taxi guy DIRECTLY because he said that the e transfer for the taxi company id down

Amazing Service! They found exactly where I was with less than ideal directions lol (I'm from NB and not familiar with this area) I had to unexpectedly stop and shut down my work vehicle for the night here in Windsor and would've been stuck walking over an hour in this rainstorm if it wasn't for Donnie's Taxi. You guys seriously saved my night!! Thank you!!!

Not all drivers are equal. Our first ride was a terrible experience. Very dirty and dilapidated van and very unsafe, distracted driving- he couldn’t stay in the lane as he juggled his phone calls, walkie and notepad. We also had to pay more than we were quoted on the phone. Our second ride was great in comparison. Ask for Wayne if you can to avoid our first experience.

I just had worst experience with a cab service in my life. I was stranded on the side of the highway and when the cab arrived they refused to drive me anywhere unless I payed upfront. The fee was 100 dollars so since I don't carry that much money on me I asked if he could take me to the nearest ATM. He then refused to take me anywhere and rudley asked me to leave his cab...terrible

Lousy service. We were charged 65$ for a 15-20 minutes drive which cost us 35$ with another company on the way back! The dispatcher on the phone was rude and hung up on us when we called to question the price.

Certain drivers try to over charge you and they don’t use meters not to mention half of the time they don’t even answer the phone.
