🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Expérience exceptionnelle à Niagara Falls! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nous étions un groupe de 10 francophones, fraîchement arrivés à notre hébergement au River Rapids Inn, et nous cherchions à visiter les chutes de nuit. Mon application Lyft ne semblait pas fonctionner à cet endroit et on m'avait recommandé cette entreprise de taxi. Je les ai donc contacté par téléphone et la répartition nous a réservé deux vans, et notre aventure a été mémorable dès le début.

Le premier chauffeur, d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous a recommandé de nous rendre au Table Rock Market pour admirer les chutes illuminées en soirée tout en marchant vers notre hôtel. Cela nous a permis de réduire les frais de taxi pour notre retour, tout en profitant au maximum de notre temps. Nous avons même eu la chance d'assister aux feux d'artifice qui illuminent le ciel chaque soir à 22h pendant l'été. C'était magique!

Le chauffeur était attentionné et a même pris le temps de coordonner notre déplacement de groupe avec l'autre chauffeur. Même si le service était en anglais (ce qui est normal à Niagara Falls 😅), il a été patient avec mon fort accent français, répondant à toutes nos demandes.

Pour le retour, deux véhicules sont arrivés presque simultanément, en moins de 2 minutes, même en soirée en semaine. Nous avons été impressionnés par la rapidité du service. Le coût moyen de la course s'est élevé à seulement 23 $ par voiture par trajet, ce qui était très raisonnable.

En résumé, notre expérience avec le River Rapids Inn a été extraordinaire. Nous avons été traités avec chaleur et attention, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre visite à Niagara Falls. Nous recommandons vivement ce service de transport et remercions chaleureusement toute l'équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable. 🌟🚐🌆💫

Chris was reliable and kind, taking great care of us and ensuring timely pickups, especially from the Falls. His professionalism and warmth made our trip easier and more enjoyable. Traveling can be hectic, but with Chris behind the wheel, we could actually relax and enjoy the scenery.

Took a 3.8 km ride and was charged $25. Driver didn’t use a proper taxi meter, only a phone app that jumped in price unnaturally fast. Clearly took a longer route to inflate the fare. Avoid this taxi service if you don’t want to be overcharged.
Niagara Falls bus driver kicked me out because he wouldn't accept cash so I got scammed by taxi driver. After stepping off, I gave him $2 tip and he still wanted more.

We spent 8 nights in Niagra Falls, we called for a cab 5 nights. The dispatchers were so professional and courteous. The cabs always arrived within 5 minutes time. The drivers were friendly and gave suggestions on places for us to go. The cost for 2 riders was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them for your taxi needs.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came to the rescue! We had a booking with another company from Niagara Falls (Canadian side) to Buffalo who let us down. Our Concierge at the Embassy suites called Niagara Falls Taxis and they arrived in minutes, the driver took us inside at the boarder and waited while we did the finger prints etc (as UK citizens) and took us safely to Buffalo Airport in time for our flight. Highly recommended service.

We got a ride from Ali and his brother from the KOA campsite to Niagra Falls and back. It was like a tour. Ali was one the most honest and friendliest persons we met. Were from the deep south were your word and your family is held in high regard. I was told it was a family run business and you can see they care. A very refreshing experience, I loved how the lights are illuminated into the falls at night. The fireworks brought the most beautiful view by night. Caution ! If you don’t have a USA visa don’t bother crossing over the bridge note if you leave Canada you will need your passport and pass through the immigration process to be re-admitted back to Canada. Enjoy cinemas and other beautiful theatre along clifton hill Road. Taking a stroll down Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake is like stepping back in time. There are so many quaint little shops and eateries that you can spend the whole day just in this one little area.Enjoy 👌

Niagara falls taxi drivers are the rudes people around. Just watched a driver do a big Uturn in the middle of falls ave. Then hammered on his horn for a car to move who was stopped on the side of the road. What a great way to represent your company
